pain free at last
Dr. Dorsi, provided 'perfect' care to correct a very painful condition that had bothered me for at least 10 years. His technique and careful follow-up resulted in an almost immediate recovery. Within a couple weeks I was able to do walk painlessly. Thanks Dr. Dorsi

excellent service; wonderful results
i came in with excruciating back pain from crushed sciatic nerve. Dr Dorsi performed spinal surgery which completely removed the pain so L am back to taking long walks.

Most honest and skilled surgeon
I consulted with five neurosurgeons and was very lucky to choose Dr Dorsi for my lower back surgery. He performed minimally invasive procedure to relive pain due to facet problems at the L-3, L-4 level. I am pain free and had speedy
recovery. He is the most honest and skilled doctor in the area.

Spinal implant for Neuropathy
The spinal stimulator that Dr. Dorsi implanted has already helped with long standing neuropathy (unexplained) on the bottoms of my feet. At about 3 months from surgery time, I'm playing tennis and going to the gym. So far i would say that the condition is at least 50% improved, which has been greatly helpful in daily activities, especially driving where the pressure of the gas pedal was very painful. Glad I went ahead and did the surgery.

A very thorough doctor and detailed in every respect in explaining the benefit and non benefit of having my surgery.
Dr. Dorsi by far was one of the best doctor I ever encountered. He made me feel comfortable by explaining to me thoroughly the benefit of having neck spine surgery, and not having one.
Dr. Dorsi is not like any other doctor who just recommend surgery immediately without a detailed explanation about the patient problem, and just taking advantage of the system, trying to make money.
Honestly, I strongly recommend Dr. Dorsi above and beyond his peers for being truthful, honest, and concerned to his patients.

My experience with Dr. Dorsi was very good, actually excellent.
My back pain and sciatica was severe before surgery. I was heavily dependent on pain medication. After surgery, the pain went away, I stopped the pain medication, and was able to resume a normal life. This surgery was the best decision I've made in a long time.

he fixed my back and changed my life
i dealt with back issues from the age of 21 until i was 32 and had the surgery. it was my 3rd surgery but its the last one, he was incredibly aware of my history and my issues. he took great care in explaining the entire process to me, from the insurance sequences to the surgical break down and who would be in the room with me. not that i ever want another back surgery, but if i have to get one it will be from him

Out of the six surgeons a have had, Dr Dorsi is at the top of list. He repaired L5 - S1 so well I was out of hospital in 2 days. Was able to lower pain meds after 1 month. Now after 1 year my mobility is as near normal as I could have ever hoped for and at this level pain free. I do need another solution at C7 - T1 and am so relieved to be working with him for as am very confident in him that we will find the best way forward

Best Neurosurgeon
I met with Dr. Dorsi to discuss my low back issues and after seeing numerous other Orthopedic Surgeons and Neurosurgeons. Which all Recommend 3 level disc fusion as the only recourse to fix the issues. I was referred to Dr, Dorsi by Dr Spiegel, and I am so glad he did. Dr. Dorsi reviewed all my MRI's and notes, and clearly stated Fusion will not take away the pain and he would not recommend it unless there was a major reason to do so. After my Appointment I now totally trust, respect Dr. Dorsi

How do you improve on no more pain
This was my second experience with Dr. Dorsi. We agreed to a more conservative approach to my first surgery. I had excellent results for several years. Then we needed to address the remaining problem.I had extensive surgery but found that I recovered more quickly than I expected. While moving toward surgery. Dr. Dorsi was able to refer me to other specialist to try more conservative therapies before surgery. I recommend Dr. Dorsi for your care.

Best experience ever!!!!
I came in to see Dr. Dorsi early this year and I had surgery in April. My experience was positive and I have been pain free ever since. I started jogging 4 months post surgery and I have been hiking, cycling and running for the past 4 months, which he mention I would be doing and he was right!! I highly recommend him and his expertise! Am 8 months post back surgery and am on my way to train for my half-marathon.

Positive stimulator experience
My experience with the Abbott back stimulator has been a very positive one. It has reduced my overall severe pain level significantly (80 percent at least). Having control over how much reduction in pain I receive is in my hands alone. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who has back pain issues.
Excercise in addition to the stimulator will also help reduce pain levels, especially stretching.
I chose this procedure over spinal cord fusion, which is not something I wanted to do.

doc. dorsi is very professional, he is always available. he helped me with my pain neck, and he did a great job, i fell great after the surgery!!

More so at the beginning when i was so scared of how i was feeling after the surgery and expecting the healing process to be sooner. You made me feel comfortable once you explained i would be under your care for a year and you paid attention to all my symptoms prior to making decision to release me to work.
