Excellent professional and compassionate care
I went to see Dr Gray for an abnormal mole which turned out to be stage 1 Melanoma. She was able to communicate the facts of the situation and assuage my fears, removing the mole and leading me step by step through the details of what could have been a much scarier situation had I not gone to see her. Patient education is an important component of her care. I am so grateful to have found her and her team- care is consistent, personal yet professional, and overall excellent quality. So grateful for Pinnacle Dermatology and Dr. DeEtta Gray!

Great Experience!!
Dr. Gray was able to get me in fast and was extremely efficient. I went in for a skin check and was even able to get a spot removed that was such an eye sore! I would highly recommend her!

Great experience!
Dr. Grey helped me a lot with my psoriasis. She found a medications that are working with my skin condition and simply made my life easier. Office stuff also care about their patients, they help me a lot when I need it trying to get my medication cost coverage. I highly recommend Dr. DeEtta Grey!

LOVE my Coolsculpt results!!!
I had such a wonderful experience with Nikki, and am thrilled with my results. I started to noticed changes around the 10 week mark, and they just keep getting better. The process was painless, actually relaxing, and I had zero downtime. After I left my appointment, I went straight to the gym. I highly recommend seeing Nikki to help get ride of those hard to get areas that can't be achieved through diet and exercise alone. She is amazing!!!

Extremely Happy
I have been visiting Dr. Gray and her Medical Aesthetician Nikki for several years. They are fabulous at listening and helping me when I need advice and counsel on my skin and provide expert guidance on how to improve the quality of skin and body. I feel so much better when I look in the mirror. It has given me improved confidence. They have expert knowledge in newest state-of-the art procedures. The office staff is wonderful too!

Dr DeEtta is the best!
I came to Dr DeEtta after a year of seeing another dermatologist and almost giving up. After just one visit with Dr DeEtta and getting an accurate diagnosis I improved immensely. Dr DeEtta always takes her time with me and answers all my questions. The office staff is great as well, helpful with appointments and insurance. I always get in quicklly.

I recommend Dr. Gray as First Visit Dermatology Doctor for any lump(Cyst, Lipoma etc) related issues
I had a lump in my back for over an year & suddenly it started to bother me & grew in size rapidly. I booked the earliest appointment available in Zocdoc. But after visiting Dr. Gray I felt like I am in safe hands. She identified my problem as Cyst and explained me all the things I need to know about my issue. She was very polite & answered all my questions. She injected a steroid on my lump and it got back to its previous size. She said she can remove the cyst by surgery when ever I am ready

Dr Gray has taken the time to work with my severe rosacea!
I came to her with over 50 bumps on my cheeks and beginning into my eyes. I felt like my friend is seeing me. She cared about my concerns, always listened, always pleasant. Dr Gray has reassured me through every step of the way, and her care has worked! I now have ZERO bumps. Her entire office is "real" and pleasant. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Best dermatologist and office in Bellevue!
Our family have been coming to Dr. Gray since moving to Bellevue (almost 8 years now)! She's treated a variety of issues, from acne to rashes to warts with compassion and expertise. Scheduling is a breeze (online or easy phone call) and we never have trouble getting seen. Dr. Gray and her staff are well skilled, know what they're doing, and always have a pleasant and warm disposition. You feel like a family member coming in, not another number. Highly recommend Dr. Gray!!

An Amazing Experience!
I had microneedling done with Nikki and it was such a great experience! She was so knowledgeable and clear when explaining the procedure. She made me feel comfortable, but was also professional and informative. I am already seeing great results (4 days post), and cannot wait for the subsequent treatments!

Amazing practice with an extraordinary staff!
My husband I were referred to Dr. Gray from a family member after moving to the east side of the mountains where there is more sun!!
We drive 180 miles to see Dr. Gray for all of our skin care needs and overall skin health.
Hands down the best medical office either of us have ever experienced. The customer service and willingness to work with us on our schedule is amazing!

Highly recommend!!
I always struggled with acne and went to see many different dermatologists. I was recommended Dr. Gray, and she was able to make great decisions about my skin and help me finally get the clear skin i've always wanted! She is timely and you won't wait around office when you get here which is really great and saves time. Highly recommend her as a dermatologist!

Very happy
I had a ruptured cyst that was continuing to grow. Dr. Gray was very prompt in helping me resolve the problem, and attentive in following up. I was very happy with my care and would come back again if I had another problem.

Excellent care and service!
I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Gray! I moved to the Seattle area a couple years ago and really needed to find a dermatologist I could trust since I have a family history of melanoma. She is very patient and personable and doesn't push for cutting/surgery immediately (like I've experienced with other derms). Highly recommend!

Dr. Gray and staff are amazing!
Finally... a doctor that doesn't make you feel rushed and takes time to really listen to your concerns so she can tailor your treatment to exactly what works for you! Dr. Gray has been wonderful and I'm so grateful to have found this office. Her Esthetician, Nikki, works wonders. I would highly recommend this office!

Can't find a better Dr than Dr. Gray
I have been seeing her for the past 2 years and whatever she recommended for me has always worked. She spent enough time with me to understand the problem and worked with me to address all my concern. She will always think about the long term benefit and provide a solution which is what i exactly wanted. She is the best !

The Absolute Best!!!!!
I've been seeing Dr Gray for a couple years now and can honestly say I haven't had one bad experience. From the front desk, to the nurses, the medical assistants and especially Dr Gray......The service is phenomenal!
I had heard great things from other patients when I moved to Seattle and decided to make an appointment, and I'm so glad I did! After my first visit I knew I wouldn't ever need to go elsewhere. My absolute favorite medical facility in the city hands down.

Warm competence, I have found my new dermatologist!
The past 3 dermatologists I have visited have all moved practices before I had a chance to see them again for an annual checkup.
I am thrilled to have found Dr. Gray! She's established, confident, and took the time to address my concerns. I didn't feel overly rushed, and really felt listened to, by both Michelle and Dr. Gray.
Great team, modern office, great location, easy parking. I'd recommend her to anyone. (And already have!)

Top notch dermatologist and master aesthetician!
Dr. Gray and Nikki make a great team for the whole gamut of dermatological needs. Dr. Gray takes time with the patient to discuss her findings, answer questions and offer treatment recommendations. Under Nikki's expertise, I experienced very effective and comfortable treatments. The environment is friendly and professional and the front office is efficient; I had no wait times upon checking in. This is a great place for the whole family!

Genuine, compassionate, EFFECTIVE!
I have been seeing Dr. Gray for several years, for psoriasis. Over the years, my psoriasis has escalated, but stayed manageable. This last summer (2017) it covered 70% of my body, and made it difficult for me to move. After laying out my options with Dr. Gray, we settled on a biologic that wouldn't hinder me from also starting a family (that was important to me). The very first injection cleared the scales! She is persistent and shows a genuine compassion for patients.

Fast, Reliable, Should have seen her sooner!
My experience with Doc DeEtta Gray has been nothing been warm and helpful. From her friendly staff and assistant Taylor, to actually sharing my skin problems with the Doc have been nothing but encouraging.
I have Ezcema which can be such a pain and hassle. When I first saw the Doc I had no idea what to expect. I shared my problem with her and she gave me some medicine and with'n the next few days my skin felt better than it had in a whole year! I can't recommend the Doc enough.

Amazing Experience
I've been seeing Dr Gray for over 3 years now off an on and every time I have been delighted with my experience. Her knowledge, professional demeanor and overall clinic experience is amazing. I do not go to any one else, she is well worth the wait- and its a clear sign why her schedule is so booked up. I hope Dr Gray stays in practice for many years to come!
