Amazing improvement with my acne!!!
Dr. Chan is very attentive, and answered all my questions. She really made sure I understood the causes of my acne and prescribed the perfect treatment for my skin. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful!

Understanding and Kind
My dermatologist was very understanding and was able to relate with me and my skin problems. She spoke in a calm and clear tone so I was able to understand her diagnosis. She also gave me alternative treatments just in case my insurance didn't cover the ones offered. She was very helpful!

Great overall experience
Pleasant experience overall with both receptionist and Dr. Wai Chan. Listened to my concerns, provided clear explanations. Was hoping for a diagnosis to address my on-going anxiety around my condition, but given the nature of the condition it appears it cannot be diagnosed at this time. Would happily return for a follow-up and future visits. Highly recommend!

Super sweet, and cares about her patients!
She spent about 15 minutes during my first visit just talking with me to try and understand my situation. She's a very good listener, so don't hesitate to ask her any questions! Very sincere doctor, it feels like she really cares.

Upon my first visit to this office, I had a nice visit with Dr. Wai Chan. She was very good at explaining my diagnosis with me, and also gave many samples and coupons. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very helpful.
Usually with my past experiences with doctors, they seem to always be in a rush and quick to get you out the door. With Dr. Wai she really took her time to explain every detail. She even showed me pictures and gave me life advice. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does. I'm looking forward to my follow up =]

Very clear instruction and attentive diagnosis.
Dr. Chan is very clear in explaining different medications and how to use them. She is also very knowledgeable on how to treat a variety of skin issues. I had an excellent experience at her office.

Amazing doctor!
I've been coming to Dr. Chan for acne, and it has improved significantly! Dr. Chan really takes the time to understand what's best for my skin and formulate a treatment plan specific to my needs. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Chan!

Highly recommend this doctor -- great experience and significant improvement in my acne and eczema.
Dr. Chan was very patient and listened to my medical history at length. She told me all of my options, and gave me recommendations for my long-time acne and eczema. My acne is now gone and my eczema is under control! I will definitely return if I have other skin-related issues.
