Great customer service with a very nice doctor
I felt like a person when I visited Dr. Athena Theodosatos, she treated me with dignity, smile and great compassion which we forgot to see when we visit other doctors, they stay few feet away and afraid to touch you, some of them don't even look at your face when they're are prescribing you a medication. Dr.Athena treated me just like a friend..very attentive, caring and smile on her face, that many patients needs to see when they're visiting doctors..Thank you for a wonderful friendly staff and Dr. Athena..

Dr. Theo listens well to our complaints. We searched in our insurance website for the review and more than 90% of time, the reviewers rate her as 4-5 stars. Which we agree to! She is a wonderful doctor and very accomodating!

Incredible Experience
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Minimal wait and I didn't feel rushed with the PA or Doctor so had plenty of time to give my concerns and ask my questions.

I was very impressed of the general appearance of the unit. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I had no reason to doubt her decisions.

When I saw the doctor she was very nice and welcomed me with a smile. Listened to my needs and was very sweet. I'll be back and am ready to start my treatment plan for better skin. (Wait time was high due to doctor being late from traffic) but I'll still be back.
