The service provided at Healthy Step Podiatry was excellent. Exactly what I needed in order to properly diagnose and treat my condition. The results have been amazing. I am so glad I came.

I was in severe pain and nervous when I arrived. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

My Feet Are Happy!!!!

My experience so far with Dr. Puma and his staff has been amazing. Everyone is hands on from the time you walk in the door until is time to schedule my next appointment. My feet are so Happy that they were lead right to him.

An amazing guy he takes his time with all of his patients and explains everything down to the T with it the information, has the best staff that makes you feel welcome once you step into his office and his assistant Brittany is just as great as him when he's not available to be seen.

Positive treatment experience!

I have been dealing with foot pain on and off for a year. Dr. La Puma was so kind and very attentive in making sure to understand my pain and accurately treat me. It's not every day you have a great experience with your doctors, so I greatly appreciate this one. I highly recommend him!

Perfect

This place is amazing! I enjoy every visit, the receptionist is amazing. Always friendly and willing to help me with all my medical and personal needs. Dr. La Puma is very attentive and ensures the quality of care by ensuring that all patience take part in how or what the treatment plan will be. The office and atmosphere is always clean & pleasant. I have not had my procedure as of yet but I am very excited to be in his care! I love coming on Fridays because they always give me there beautiful flowers. I really love it here!

Great Doctor and Staff

I hate being sick but I am glad that I am in the care of this great doctor! His office staff is professional and caring. Everyone is attentive and willing to work with you. The doc is good at explaining what is wrong in terms that you will understand. I give this doctor and his staff a 10/10!

Amazing Experience

I arrived as a new patient, and was pleasantly surprised how wonderful and attentive Dr. La Puma and the office staff (Alexis, Shannon, and Brittni) are. These three ladies made my experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. La Puma is informative and is kind. I will be returning to this practice.

Amazing!

I discovered Dr Vito on zocdoc and i would recommend him 100% especially for first time patients. He has a wonderful personality and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Furthermore, he is informative and willing to answer any questions whether it pertains to your procedure or condition. The environment of his office is always welcoming and i absolutely love his staff. Will definitely continue to visit his office and refer him!

Dr. La Puma was amazing! As a dancer and personal trainer, my feet are crucial in my career. He was detailed in his responses, explanations & spoke my language. I was seen immediately which was great with a busy schedule. His staff was also extremely friendly and attentive, which enhanced the experience that much more! Will highly recommend to friends/family :)

best podiatrst in nyc!

I came to Dr. La Puma for a second opinion after a different podiatrist misdiagnosed a dead toenail from stubbing trauma as fungus. I also needed to have an ingrown toenail removed and Dr. La Puma did so in the most painless way possible and explained every step of the way. His office staff is the best and is so accommodating of my work schedule. can't recommend them enough!!

Phenomenal patient care

I came into the office and was instantly treated like family. The front desk staff was courteous and warm. The medical assistant was very nice and very competent. Dr. La Puma has excellent bedside manner and thoroughly assessed my ailment and formalized an effective treatment plan. I highly recommend having your foot and ankle ailments treated by Dr. La Puma and his wonderful staff.
