Azule has the best doctor and staff I have ever been to...
I would recommend Dr. Flaharty to everyone. I have been treated so great by him and his staff. He did a wonderful good on my eyes and facelift. I will only use Azule for all my facial needs.

Dr. Flaharty and his staff are absolutely amazing!
I had Eyelid surgery. The results are amazing no droopy eyelids. I can now where eye shadow. The healing process was no pain at all, if you follow the procedures as instructed. The staff and nurses are great and answer all questions you have. i can't wait to come in for my next adventure on my neck when time permits.

So very pleased with my choice!
When I decided to have facial rejuvenation, I researched cosmetic surgeons in Nashville, Atlanta, Palm Beach & Naples. I attended Dr. Flaharty's seminar and scheduled a consultation. A perfect experience from beginning to end
The initial consultation was accurate with no pressure to proceed. The day of surgery was relaxing as the staff and doctors were comforting and reassuring. I was most impressed that I received a call from Dr. Flaherty himself, the day after to inquire how I was going. He is truly concerned about your well being. The staff feel like friends and every visit is light and timely. I have many plans to continue services with the Azul team.

Exceptional Cosmetic Surgeon!
After my first appointment with Dr.Flaharty, I was sold!
It took me a while to make a decision to have anything done, but once I saw results after my 1st visit. I have never turned back!

Best dollars ever spent!!
In two weeks I went from having a turkey neck to a swan neck!! Two weeks post operative you cant even notice that I just had surgery, I am healing so well!

Having fillers injected makes me feel amazing about myself!

A real "eye opener"
Following surgery, I noticed that eye make-up is really not necessary to make the eyes noticeable...they look so much brighter by themselves! Thank you to the Azul staff, who are so professional and informative and especially to Dr. Flaharty who is knowledgeable.

love my eyes
Ptosis repair. my lids wanted to droop as the day went on, giving me a tired feeling and affecting my vision. now i see better and look better. i am extremely pleased with my results. you could not find a better doctor for eyelid surgery than Dr. Flaharty, a board certified ophthalmologist and cosmetic surgeon.

When looking for an experienced surgeon I did look around and after meeting Dr Flaharty I knew instantly that I found my surgeon. He is very good at explaining the procedures and a great bedside manor. I would highly recommend him to any and all looking to do some facial surgery.
I am very happy with my outcome and as time passes I feel I will just be happier and happier.
I am a fan and will continue with Azul for any further procedures and skin care.

The RIGHT Decision!
i had dreamt of having cosmetic surgery but had never envisioned myself as someone who, in reality, would ever have it done. It seemed more for the "ladies of leisure" or the "rich and famous," those who rarely found themselves in the grocery store or tidying up their own homes. Not so! It is for anyone who wants to "look" as young as they "feel." Dr. Flaherty and his staff are THE BEST! i felt safe and in the best of hands. They "held my hand" throughout the entire experience and made it EASY!

Renewed life
As a college-graduation present to myself, I decided to have some facial rejuvenation. I knew that I would soon be competing for entry-level positions against younger people, and I did not want to be perceived as tired. After researching doctors, I chose Dr. Flaharty, and I am so happy I did. My results are amazing! I look fresher and more youthful without looking fake. The entire staff is fantastic. Love Azul!
I get all of my procedures done here at Azul. Lisa does my Coolsculpting and Britten does all of my facial injections. They are very knowledgeable in the products and will give the best advice to make sure your procedures turn out exactly as you want them too. I have to say I was a bit skeptical with the Coolsculpting but it is by far the best procedure out there to get rid of unwanted fat. I love it!

I have an Audrey Hepburn neck!!
Dr. Flaharty and staff are wonderful, I could not be more happy! I feel like I am 40 again. I wish that I had done this sooner! I am very pleased with the results.... less than 24 hours after surgery!
