for having to be at the doctor, this is about as good as it can be
friendly, always asks how i am before we start the appointment, nurses are kind and make you feel like you aren't just another person they have to see. they ask about my family and whatnot so that's appreciated.

I have been with Dr. Jackson about 10 years. Never have i ever had a Dr. that I trust like i do Dr. Jackson, he listens to me when i have a new concern and we figure out a plan, and i said we because he just doesn't say I'll do this, he gives me options and we decide what is best for me.

Dr. Jackson and his team are outstanding. He's been great at understanding the issues I deal with and he always takes time to really talk to me and answer any questions. When I've tried meds that didn't work well for me, he has been extremely reasonable & helped me find a regime we are both happy with. It can't be easy being a pain doctor these days with all the constantly changing regulations & enforcement - I'm very grateful he deals with all that in order to help his patients have a better life.

Finally, a Doctor who CARES
I've suffered for years with back and neck pain. Going to doctor after doctor after doctor looking for someone who'd actually listen to me. I injured my back a few years ago in a horse riding accident. I've been to one healthcare professional after another trying to find relief. It was't until I finally had the incredible luck of meeting Dr. Jason Jackson, who was a very caring, concerned and highly professional specialist that helped me finally to be able to live comfortably doing day to day tasks, such as driving, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. He ultimately has given me a new lease on life. I am incredibly grateful! He'll never know how much!
