Even in the middle of the Corona Virus craziness, I still had a great experience with Dr. Neginhal and his staff!
I had a great experience with Dr. Neginhal and his staff. From day one when he saw my x-rays he knew he would need to do a complete hip replacement on a guy that was active, worked full-time in the Fire Service, needed to keep his job, and was under the age of 40. He never blinked about the task, told me he would eventually "have to fix me...", and then he did it. The Corona Virus shut down operations for over 2 months but even after that craziness, the staff worked extra hard to make sure I was accommodated in a timely manner. The Anterior replacement method had me back on my feet in almost "minutes.". I regret not seeing Dr. Neginhal sooner, I had heard many disheartening stories about doctors that weren't interested in working on people younger in age. So I waited to see someone until the pain was too great to function. I'm thankful my chiropractor knew the aggressive nature of Scott Orthopedic and Dr. Neginhal. Sending me here helped end 27 years of pain and limitations.

Dr Neginhal did great work with me i am walking and standing with pain free finally.
Dr Neginhal provided me with physical therapy ideas to do at home from day after surgery to improve my bending angle, his staff followed up on my recovery. I am looking forward to do my other knee

Wonderful experience
Excellent experience with Dr. Neginhal. Before surgery I was unable to walk . Suffered severe pain. Three weeks after surgery I am pain free and walking.

Total Knee at 40
Before being referred to Dr. Neginhal I was in a lot of pain. I had a partial ACL in '97 that was trimmed by a Dr. then in '98 I was told by another Dr. that I no longer had an ACL but due to being in College and away from home I didn't have surgery. Then 10 years later due to pain I had and ACL reconstruction. I became more active after that but arthritis had already set in and began advancing quickly. I became depressed and gained a substantial amount of weight. Daily activities became very difficult at age 39 I didn't have much hope because I wasn't sure they would replace my knee at this age. I began seeing Dr. Neginhal and began the year long process of getting the knee replaced. Finally the day came to and I had a total knee replacement. Immediately the Arthritis pain was gone. My confidence level in being able to do things was restored. I am more active now than I was the year prior to having the surgery.

first follow up was very short and blunt due to someone in the department having a heart attack

I was well taken care of.
Dr. Neginhal performed a front approach for right hip replacement and no therapy. He explained everything that was happening with my hip and surgery was performed without any difficulties.

very professional, caring and honest.
It has been wonderful. Dr. Neginhal is very professional, skilled and caring. He is honest without being berating. My hip replacement was the front approach. I couldn't be happier with the results and the recovery process. I was up walking only using a cane in two weeks. I was back to normal within three months- no cane, walking fine, back to normal activities. I raved about Dr. Neginhal whenever I talk about my hip replacement. He is an excellent doctor in all aspects. Thank you for giving me pain-free walking again!
