My visit was totally satisfactory.
Dr Joudry is very easy to talk with. He put a camera up my nose and showed me the polyps that needs to come out. First time I’ve ever seen that part of my body. The polyps is an impressive size. I’m going to be very dutiful in following the doctor’s instructions so the polyps will shrink and then be removed.

Dr. Jourdy clearly explained and showed me the video images of myths root cause of my discomfort and prescribed the antibiotic to cure it
Dr. Jourdy examined my nasal passsges with a diagnostic tool that no doctor ever used on me. As a result he determined that I had significant virus infections in both nostrils. I never felt any discomfort during the entire visit. I am on the road to recovery.

Staff and the Dr. were courteous & professional. "E" (Staff) was extremely knowledgeable in insurance (pre) approvals, coding, etc!s,
I felt confident w/ Dr Jourdy's diagnosis & feedback. He was caring, professional, & knowlegeable! Once we got past the initial discrepancy about the actual purpose of the visit, things became extremely positive in moving forward, and I was relieved to get answers to many of my questions, feeling confident in continuing treatment, future procedures, and/or surgeries with Dr. Jourdy!
