Dr. Fiorelli?s practice encompasses a broad range of women's health care including contraceptive management, pre-conceptual counseling, obstetrics, gynecologic issues such as abnormal pap smears, irregular bleeding, and polycystic ovarian syndrome, as well as gynecologic surgery and menopause management. She has a special interest in adolescent gynecology.Dr. Fiorelli chose the field of obstetrics and gynecology because it provides the unique opportunity to focus on the care of women across the lifespan. It is a specialty that allows her to play many roles?scientist, caretaker and surgeon. Dr. Fiorelli works hard to build lasting relationships with her patients. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the NewYork Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, where she was awarded the Resident of the Year Award in 2007. Dr. Fiorelli joined the faculty at Columbia upon completion of her residency. She is the mother of three young children, all of whom were delivered at Columbia.
