My experience here was wonderful and very enlightening! It's great being seen and taken care of in such a sincere an professional manner!
Great customer service tend to be an afterthought with many agencies these days. However, that wasn't the case with Skin Wellness (Dr. Jackson & staff). I was pleasantly surprise to have an opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed. In addition, being provide education about the process prior to starting my procedure was definitely a pleasant surprise. I'm so happy I was referred to Dr. Jackson's office!

We are encouraged and we will be offering references about Dr. Jackson, her practice and her staff. Definitely did not feel like a visit to a doctor's office. The relaxing environment and all the individuals supporting Dr. Jackson were welcoming and professional, AND we left feeling more confident about the treatment option provided.

Excellent Visit!!
We truly appreciate our visit with Dr Jackson for my daughter. She and her assistant were very attentive to my concerns. Dr Jackson is very knowledgeable about skin and still very personable!! My daughter feels much better about her skin issues and I do as well. She did an excellent job in explaining proper care to us and I am more confident about how to manage her skin issues.

Phenomenal Doctor
Dr. Brooke Jackson is so personable. Not only does she have a winning personality and warmness to her, she definitely knows her stuff. She solved my case of an itchy rash that I've had for years in just one visit. At no point during my two visits did I feel rushed like you would at other doctor's visit. I'd be happy to make Dr. Brooke Jackson, my go-to dermatologist not only myself but for my entire family. Highly recommended! Maggie and Krystal were exceptional as well!

Finally something that works!!!
I have had flaky scalp for over 20 years and I found Dr. Jackson at a Black Expo! What I loved about her is that she's also natural so I thought she would understand my problem. I was very pleased with the treatment she gave and I'm on my way (95% after one visit) to being flake free!!! I highly recommend her!!!!

Awesome & Informative
Dr. Jackson is very awesome and is willing to take time with you to let you fully explain your issues. I never feel rushed through the process and that is important to me as a parent. In addition, her knowledge is very vast and that is comforting. I have confidence in the treatment plan and the instructions and have already seen positive results from our visits.
