Top-notch care
From day one I knew that Dr. Ahmed was different than any other care provider I had ever seen. She took her time to listen and showed genuine concern for my health. She put me on a plan and a path to a pain-free life and was with me every step of the way.

Changed My Life!!
I came into Dr Ahmed unable to have sex with my partner and after taking her advice and seeing a PT, I am now able to have regular intercourse!

Dr. Ahmed dedicated 2 hrs during my first appointment, to go through all the pain I have been experiencing in my pelvic area for years, recurring pain while urinating, pain during sex, terrible cramps on my period, constipation, sudden pelvic pain after spending time sitting down; and then she got a full picture to provide a diagnose and a tailor-made treatment for me. She also referred excellent and very professional people to help me get through all this. She really cares about her patients. This is the first time I feel normal after years of struggling with pain and other doctors saying it was all in my mind.

Proactive, responsive, trusted advocate
I've seen several pelvic PTs and healthcare providers during and after having each of my 3 babies, and Dr. Ahmed has been among the few I trust most. First, she was most proactive provider I've seen - she seeked to ease the logistical burden of recovery by helping me arrange future appointments on the spot and helped to speed my recovery by educating me about tools I could use on my own. Second, she was an exceptional communicator - she made sure to understand the full extent of the questions I had, checked for understanding, and spent as much time with me as I needed. Last, she passed along information so I have my own judgment about when/whether to come back in. I now trust her because of the easy process, her willingness to talk about all facets of what's going on, and because her interests are aligned with mine.

Super knowledgeable, professional doctor
I hae been struggling with pelvic floor pain for many years and Dr Ahmed is the first doctor that was able to really help me. She is super knowledgeable and very professional. When something was out of her area of expertise she made appropriate referrals to the right specialists who could help. The office runs very smoothly and everyone is so kind.

Dr Teyyaba Ahmed was so knowledgeable and caring
I came to Visit Dr Teyyaba Ahmed bc I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I wanted to know how to best prepare my body for delivery. She offered so much knowledge and insight on the subject. I left feeling so well informed and prepared for whats to come. She spent a lot of time listening and addressing all my concerns. I really felt like as a provider she cared about my health, and wanted the best outcome for me! One of my best experiences with a doctor prenatal so far!

I've learned so much about how my Endometriosis affects my body and the type of treatment she has provided has shown me more relief in 6 weeks than in the past two years with other doctors. Dr. Ahmed is really excellent - a strong listener, real problem solver, and extremely caring. She's a strong clinician, and she has a wonderful network of other medical professionals (PT, etc) to make sure that a 360-degree approach is taken.

Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is an excellent treatment center. After much frustration with my previous providers, Pelvic Rehabilitation helped me identify and effectively deal with my pelvic pain where my previous providers didn't.

One of the best decisions I ever made
Dr. Ahmed is excellent! I could not have asked for a more compassionate and competent doctor as I went through the Trigger Point Injections process. I highly recommend her and would always choose her if I ever need to again. And you should too!

Best doctor I have ever seen, without question.
Dr. Ahmed was super present with me, listened attentively and helped me to understand what was causing my pain on a fundamental level. She addressed the underlying issue and not just the symptoms, and walked me through the various possibilities for treatment. Quite literally, she was the most thoughtful, personal and knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. I feel very lucky I was able to find her!

Best Dr ever
Dr Ahmed is the best Dr I have ever been in contact to. She takes the time to listen to all the medical issues but then she will go above and beyond to help and heal her patient as a whole. She follows up with your progress personally when hardly ever any Dr in this day and age will consider doing. I have not only seen great progress in no time, with my debilitating pelvic pain, I now also have all the resources that she has provided me to continue with my overall well being. I recommend her highly and so happy to have found her.

She actually listened to me and took my symptoms seriously
Many doctors had dismissed my pain as a result of scar tissue from a long passed surgery. Dr. Ahmed discovered the sources of the pain, treated them, helped me find the right physical therapist and managed communication between my other doctors and my new physical therapist.
My quality of life has greatly improved and I have her to thank.
