After 21 years in the Army I have been suffering through 2-3 hours of terrible sleep for the last 6-7 years of my service. As I am getting ready to retire from the service I have finally found something life changing with regards to my sleep. I am getting much better and longer durations of sleep after seeing Dr. Martinez and utilizing a CPAP. At the minimum I now get 4-5 hours and wake up fully rested.
