I was told I'm not really reviewing the doctor. I am not because I have never met him but he is the one who will read my exam. So this review is for Maria my technician. She was very efficient and kind. She's done my mammogram in the past and I always remember her always being nice. She even gave me a gift bag. Thank you.

I came in for a CAT scan and Heather was very professional and comforting - a pleasure to have as my technician
I had difficulty with my insurance responding quickly with their authorization for the scan. RAH called me many times to let me know the status and get me an appointment that worked with my Dr appointment. I have been here before and have always received excellent care. The people here are always so nice nd caring. Thank you for your service.

First Time Experience
I was prescribed to have an x ray. have never been through this experience, I was a bit hesitant. The woman at the front desk, was kind, thoughtful, and put me through to a visit within a short period of time. When called in for my x-ray, Lindsay introduced herself and let me know exactly what was going to happen. She also answered many of my questions as I had never gone through this before.
This was a seamless visit much to do with your staff's professionalism and caring demeanor.

Fine but wasn't the greatest initial greeting
My appointment was at 2:30, arrived at 2:40 with a greeting of "you're aware that your appointment was at 2:30". Not sure why that had to be pointed out when this appointment was made yesterday afternoon for my daughter due to immediate care needed for her painful condition.
