To say that I’m happy with the results of my upper eyelid and brow lift is a vast understatement!nd
By the time I consulted with Dr Straka about my seriously sagging eyelids, I had lost over 40% of my field of vision because of them. In order to restore my vision, he recommended not only an eyelid lift but also a brow lift. So in September of 2021 he performed both surgeries. I am thrilled with the results!
I can see again without having to almost constantly hold my brow up. And I have an upper eyelid again so I can wear eye makeup.
My biggest concern going into this surgery was that the end result would cause me to look perennially surprised. But that is sooo not the case. My eyes look very natural, very like my eyes of decades ago, and I couldn’t be happier with them. I really marvel at his skill.
Dr Straka was easy to talk to and he listened well. He was also very easy to get hold of the night of my surgery when I discovered the pain medication he prescribed did not work for me.
Bottom line? I highly recommend him to anyone considering this type of surgery.

Simply amazing, exceeded all expectations!
Facial plastic surgery can be a very overwhelming process from start to finish. To searching and researching the right doctor, to the consolation, surgery, follow-up, etc. Dr. Straka from start to finish was amazing! Listened to goals, explained process, patient care, follow-up, and the most important - RESULTS! We had a face / neck lift, upper and lower eyelids, lip lift, fat transfer, TRL, filler, and Botox, all amazing results and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Quite frankly, Dr. Dan is the best in the business. His staff is super amazing as well!

My experience with Dr Straka has been wonderful, He is so compassionate, and caring. He answers all your questions and is a true artist. He fixed my botched eyes that was done by another surgeon. I had a skin pinch blepharoplasty and a canthoplasty. He is so very talented what he does. I highly recommend him!!

It was a 5 star experience from diagnosis to surgery to follow-u
Dr Straka was patient and thoughtful and spent time putting me at ease. He never tried to brush aside my concerns. He addressed all issues in a timely and concerned manner. The staff is all responsive and very nice. I never had any pain. I required a revision and Dr Straka was amazing. I love my results. My friends are astounded. 2 of them already scheduled procedures with Dr Straka and it’s only been 2 months since my surgery!

Outstanding exerience that has given me my life back!
After nearly a year of hiding behind sunglasses due to previous bad cosmetic surgery with another doctor, I came accross Dr. Straka and instantly felt I was in safe hands. He went above and beyond to help me before I even agreed to go ahead with my surgery and at no point did he try to "sell" himself or his services - something that I had, sadly, experienced with other "top" doctors I had spoken to.
I flew all the way from Europe to see Dr. Straka and I'm so glad I did because he has done an incredible job. Not only is he extremely modest about his surgical skill but he is also very kind and so are his whole team!
They all went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and taken care of. Thank you so much to Dr. Straka and your wonderful team, I am so happy to have my eye back to normal again.

Highyl recommend for FUE Hair Transplant
I am about 8 months out from my FUE hair transplant with Dr. Straka and I am thrilled with how everything is going. The hair is coming in perfectly jsut as I wanted. The entire process from the initial consultation to the surgery itself was great. I never felt like just another customer like you sometimes feel at other hair clinics. Dr. Straka is a skilled surgeon and artist, I highly recommend him!
I am very particular when it comes to someone doing anything to my face so I wanted to make sure I found someone I could trust. Dr. Straka came highly recommended from firends and now that I have had my surgery I can say for myself that he is a gifted and compassionate surgeon and artist. Filler and botox were top notch
I was always afraid of letting anyone touch my face for cosmetic reasons. That's why I chose to see Dr. Straka who is known for his skill and great attention to detail in this area. I had botox to my forehead and brow area and filler to my cheeks, under eyes and lips and now I know why he has such a great reputation. I strongly recommend him to everyone. Facelift, browlift, and eyelid surgery with Dr. Straka
I am exceedingly happy with the work Dr. Straka did for me. He gave me such a good feeling during my consult with him that I felt very comfortable moving forward with surgery. He did my face and neck along with my upper and lower eyelids and brows. It's incredible what he was able to accomplish. It took a few weeks to recover but he explained this to me so I was prepared. Highly recommend him, he and his staff are top notch!

Incredible experience beginning to end!
I recently had surgery by Dr. Straka for my sagging upper eyelids and bags under my eyes. I can honestly say he is one of the best surgeons in Ohio. 7 weeks out from surgery and thrilled with my results!
Graves disease left me not recognizing myself, as well as a loss of peripheral vision. I had an upper and lower eyelid lift, orbital decompression, facial fat grafting, and laser resurfacing with Dr. Straka and I chose him because of his wonderful bedside manner and outstanding reputation. I am thrilled with how I look! I no longer look at the person in the mirror with shock. He is an excellent surgeon. His heart and his surgical skill are both 5 stars.

Face and necklift, eyelid lift, browlift and laser with Dr. Straka was well worth it!
I have long considered cosmetic facial surgery but was always nervous about moving forward. I asked a few doctors who they recommended, especially for surgery around my eyes and I consistently was referred to Dr. Straka. From the first consultation to the last post-operative visit he always took his time, listened to my questions and gave me all of the information I needed. Its not been three months since my surgery and the changes have been remarkable. I look so much more youthful yet I still look like myself. I couldn't be happier. Top notch experience beginning to end
My experience with Dr. Straka was top notch. From the start I knew I had picked the right physician. We discussed what was the best for me. Dr. Straka's work is amazing!
I had a cosmetic endoscopic brow lift and blepharoplasty about 4 months ago. I have always had heavy brows and eyelids but since the surgery I have been getting compliments daily on how beautiful my eyes are. I'm so happy with my results from surgery. I drove about an hour and a half to see Dr. Straka and the extra traveling was more than worth it. He is kind, down to earth and very good at what he does. I highly recommend him!

Excellent plastic surgeon!
I was actually referred to Dr. Straka by anotehr respected plastic surgeon to have surgery because he specializes in the eyes and face. I am so happy I found him! I had a brow and forehead lift, upper and lower eyelid lift and laser resurfacing done by Dr. Straka and am very pleased with how the surgery went. My results are natural yet significant at the same time. He explained to me before surgery that there would be significant recovery time, especially for the laser but that it was worth it. And he was right! Highly recommend Dr. Straka if you are looking for a skilled and compassionate plastic surgeon in Columbus!

My under eye bags and wrinkles around my mouth are gone!
I am so happy with my surgery with Dr. Straka! I have had horrible bags under my eyes for years and finally decided to do something about it. I traveled over an hour to see him because of the wonderful things I have heard. I can now attest to his skill and results because I couldn't be happier! I had a lower blepharoplasty and full face laser resurfacing to fix wrinkles under my eyes and around my mouth and chin. When I look in the mirror I sometimes can't believe how great it looks! Dr. Straka changed my life!
Dr. Dan Straka is a skilled, compassionate, and artistic surgeon. I've been his patient for 3 years. He has performed a brow lift, ptosis repair, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, and contour TRL laser resurfacing for my face. I am extremely happy with the outcome of these procedures. I'm so glad I found Dr. Straka!
I had cosmetic surgery by a different doctor and I was very upset about my results. I developed weakness of one eyebrow, swelling and over filling above my eyes from fat injections and changes in the position of my eyelids. Dr. Straka has been a life saver for me. He put my fears at rest from the very beginning and he made me feel comfortable and that there was hope to restore me back to the way I looked before surgery. He did surgery and some injections to reverse what was previously done and for the first time in years I look and feel like myself again. I am so incredibly thankful for his skill and expertise. He has truly changed my life for the better.

One stop shop for my face!
I've been going to Dr. Straka for a few years now and have been completely satisfied with my care. I've been getting botox, facial lasers, filler and microneedling just to name a few. He also put me on a great combination of skincare products. I couldn't be happier with how I look. I'm aging in reverse! I trust him completely!

Brow lift and eyelid lift were so worth it!
Dr. Straka did my brow lift and blepharoplasty a few months ago and I have been so happy with my results. He did the brow and forehead lift through hidden incisions so I have no scars and a very natural and wonderful result. Highly recommend him and his staff who were so friendly throughout the entire process!

Neck liposuction
I had liposuction for some fat in my neck that has bothered me for a long time. We discussed options for surgery and he thought a face and neck lift would be best in addition to liposuction. After discussing this more I didn't feel ready for a full face lift so we did just the liposuction. I see a definite improvement in my neck and it was done in the office under local anesthesia which made the process much easier. I am very happy!

Upper and lower eyelid lift, cheek lift, laser resurfacing
I finally did what I've been wanting to do for so long! I have been bothered by sagging eyelids, under eye bags, and wrinkles for a long time. I didn't know who to see or what to do about it. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Straka so I made an appointment. He went over a number of treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical. I wanted surgery because it would give me the best, most natural and long lasting results. I had my upper and lower eyelids lifted, a cheek lift (or midface lift as he called it) and then laser resurfacing for my skin. I am blown away by the results! I am so happy I had this done. I look and feel like a whole new person! Thank you Dr. Straka for your skill, wonderful bedside manner, and kindness. I highly recommend him!

Upper and lower blepharoplasty was worth it!
I had a great experience beginning to end with Dr. Straka. I had the upper and lower eyelid bags removed with laser to soften the wrinkles and it's amazing how much better I look. Great doctor and surgeon!
I spent a lot of time thinking about having surgery and talking to friends. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get a consult with Dr. Straka. He was wonderful to talk to and explained everything in ways I could understand. I had my eyelids done and my brows lifted and the results are wonderful. I wish I had done it sooner! One of the best doctors I have ever seen!
I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Straka. I was starting to show some baldness and I decided to see Dr. Straka to perform PRP injections in my hair. I was unsure on how effective the injections would be, but I could not be more happy with the results. Just after one injection I saw improvements and by the end of the series my hair looked like it did 5 years ago. I would strongly recommend Dr. Straka and the PRP injections to any male looking to thicken their hair!

Simply amazing!
I highly recommend Dr. Straka and let me explain why. I had surgery to reduce bags and wrinkles with alser around my eyes. I was very nervous about having this done so I took my time and did plenty of research before choosing a surgeon. He has expertise in both eyelid and facial cosmetic surgery which is unique and in my opinion the ideal combination. I was very impressed by his results but also by his calm, informative, and down to earth demeanor. I felt cared for from start to finish and am very happy with how everything healed. It's so nice looking at myself every morning in the mirror and not having to apply so much makeup to hide my dark circles! If you've been considering having this surgery done go see him!

My transformation was stunning!
I sought out Dr. Straka for his expertise in facial aesthetics, especially for laser and surgical interventions. We discussed a number of treatments and so far I have been so impressed. I had laser resurfacing to my face and it has dramatically improved the wrinkles and lines in the eyelids, around my mouth, and cheeks, and even my forehead. Can't wait to have my other surgeries!

Laser resurfacing was well worth it!
I was tired of getting botox and filler injections for lines around my mouth and eyes without really ever seeing great results. I finally decided to do something about it and found Dr. Straka. I had laser resurfacing done for the wrinkles on my face, especially around my eyes and mouth. I certainly had some recovery time but now I have healed beautifully. I am so happy with how things turned out! My skin is much smoother and brighter appearing and I don't have to get filler injections anymore! He and his office get my highest recommendation!
