Juvederm and botox treatments
I'm very happy with my visit with Dr. Straka. He did a brow lift with botox and Juvederm filler for my cheeks and lips and they look fabulous! He is clearly very skilled and I will be going back to see him soon for laser treatments!

Dr. Straka removed my cancer and saved my eyes!
I was sent to Dr. Straka for a growth on my eyelid. He diagnosed me with skin cancer and did surgery to remove the cancer and then rebuild my eyelid. You can barely tell I had anything done. I will always remember his kindness and ability to explain everything in laymen's terms. Forever grateful!

Unbelievably good!
Had botox and filler injections and all I can say is wow! Dr. Straka was able to improve my overall appearance and take years off my appearance with a simple office visit. He put filler in my under eye area, cheeks, and around my mouth too. I have had injections before but I have never seen results this good. I couldn't recommend him more!

Eyelid lift was a success!

Eyelid bags are gone and I couldn't be happier!
I was so impressed with Dr. Straka, his staff, and most importantly the results from my surgery. I've been bothered by under eye bags for many years, even as a teenager and I finally mustered up the courage to do something about it. I'm only 28 years old but have always looked tired and older than I really am. Dr. Straka did my surgery and the bags are gone. He spent tons of time going over all the treatment options including filler and lasers. I opted for surgery because I wanted something more permanent. Overall, I couldn't be happier and am so happy I finally did something about my eyes!

Easily the best botox I've had in Columbus! He has been my go to doc for botox for a few years after I had some bad experiences elsewhere. So happy I found him. Thinking about filler next time!

Filler and botox perfection
Dr. Straka has worked miracles with my face, especially my cheeks and lower eyelids. I have been going to him for botox and filler for a few years and every time I leave feeling refreshed and natural. He does my lips, under eyes, cheeks, and occasionally around my mouth. Always a pleasant experience beginning to end. Botox is perfect every time. I love the staff at his office too. Can't say enough positive things about him!

Great experience with hair PRP
I have been seeing Dr. Straka for PRP injections for my hair and have been very impressed and happy with my treatments. I have definitely noticed my hair getting thicker and less of it falling out. Dr. Straka is great. He is easy to talk to and relate with. I enjoy going to my appointments with him.

my hair is growing back!
Dr. Straka has been helping me with my hair over the past few months. I have had PRP scalp injections as well as some medications he recommended and I have noticed a significant improvement in the thickness of my hair and it is no longer falling out. I'm only 30 years old so this has been a huge boost to my confidence. Thank you!!

Laser resurfacing for my eyelids was great!
Dr. Straka did laser resurfacing for my lower eyelid wrinkles and I am very happy with the results and my experience overall. He is very skilled at what he does and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations and the surgery itself from beginning to end.

Best Botox I've ever had!
I'v been getting botox for a few years now and I saw Dr. Straka because a few of my friends see him for similar treatments. He did my botox a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it's the best botox I have ever had, hand down. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Dr. Straka is the BEST
Dr. Straka has been my go to cosmetic doctor for a few years now. I've had botox, sculptra, filler, laser resurfacing, and small surgeries for growths and bumps with him and every time I have been thrilled with the results and service. He takes his time with me, listens, and never pressures me into anything. I would (and do) recommend him to my family and friends.

My skin looks amazing after lasers and microneedling for melasma
I have always struggled with melasma and brown spots and it has gotten worse over the years after having children. I saw Dr. Straka for botox and to see what could be done about my skin now that I'm done having kids. He put me on a specific skincare regimen and we did multiple laser treatments and microneedling treatments with PRP and my skin looks better now than it did 10 years ago. I'm so happy to have my skin back!

Dr. Straka did an excellent job
I had skin cancer removed from my eyelid and cheek and Dr. Straka performed surgery to rebuild my eyelid and cheek. I'm so happy to be cancer free and he did an excellent job. I'm forever grateful for him and all of the nice, friendly people he works with.

Dr. Straka was tremendous!
Dr. Straka did a tremendous job with my surgery. I had droopy eyelid repair and brow lift surgery and I am amazed at how much more I see and how great I look. Laser resurfacing and BBL has given me new skin!
First let me just say how great Dr. Straka and his staff are. So friendly, helpful and considerate during my visits. I saw Dr. Straka for a number of issues, mainly heavy eyelids, wrinkles, and skin care issues. We discussed many things and started first with laser resurfacing for wrinkles and brown spots. After all the healing was done I have noticed a significant improvement in the wrinkles and discoloration of my face, especially around my eyes and mouth. I am so happy!

Hair PRP injections
I was very happy with my experience and treatments with Dr. Straka for my thinning hair. He did a series of PRP injections and I have noticed thicker hair and it has not been falling out anymore when I comb it. Great office and staff, and Dr. Straka is very friendly. I highly recommend!

Dr. Straka took such great care of me
I was so worried when I found out I had skin cancer very close to my eye. Dr. Straka made me feel at ease with surgery to remove and rebuild the area. People can barely tell I ever had surgery and my skin cancer is gone. I'm so thankful for his tremendous talent and kindness.

My skin is so much better after BBL Laser!
I've been bothered by uneven skin for many years (I'm in my 40s) and I heard from a few friends who had seen Dr. Straka with great results. I had BBL laser to my skin and it has significantly improved the brown spots and uneven appearance. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner!

So happy with my upper and lower eyelid surgery!

Radiesse, belotero, and xeomin worked miracles!
I am so happy with my recent treatment by Dr. Straka! He did Radiesse to my cheeks, belotero for my under eye area and xeomin for my forehead, crows feet and 11 lines. All I can say is wow! My under eye bags are gone and the treatments have taken year off my appearance! Highly recommend r. Straka for any cosmetic treatment!

Dr. Straka did a brow lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery for heavy skin and bags under my eyes and I am beyond happy with how things turned out. A few of my friends recommended hi and not only was he and his staff friendly and helpful throughout the process, the surgery itself went smoothly with minimal pain and most importantly wonderful results. Absolutely the best!
I came to see Dr. Straka for the dark circles and bags under my eyes. He talked about surgery and alternatives to surgery like different fillers and lasers and really listened to my questions and concerns. My surgery was about 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I have recommended him to all of my friends!

PRP hair injection worked!
I was troubled by my thinning hairline at such a young age. I saw Dr. Straka for platelet rich plasma injections. I had four treatments and have noticed a significant improvement. My hair is thicker and it no longer falls out. Great overall experience in a comfortable and low stress atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Botox and BBL laser
My uneven skin has always bothered me so I researched some doctors and talked to a few friends. I heard great things about Dr. Straka and now I can confirm, he was was wonderful! The BBL laser erased years off of my skin and the botox keeps the wrinkles at bay. Couldn't be happier!

Cheek filler and microneedling
I was very impressed with Dr. Straka and his office/staff. Great results from filler, easy going and comfortable demeanor with an obvious attention to detail. Currently getting microneedling there also and have noticed my skin looking softer and smoother. Will be going back!

Highly recommend for filler!
I had a bad filler experience at a different office but I I went to Dr. Straka and he fixed my overfilled cheeks and lower eyelids. He then correctly and naturally gave me my face and eyes back with filler the way I wanted. Thank you so much to him and his staff for helping me!

better results than i imagined.
The eyebrow lift procedure was explained in great detail to me. The procedure was pain free and no after effects and the healing process was no problem. I can see much better, and my peripheral vision was enhanced greatly.

I would recommend,went very well
I had both eyelids lifted to not cover my pupils so I could see better..Also an eyebrow lift to help hold up the one eyelid, Dr. Straka explained everything to me.. I could understand the procedure and what to expect after.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The operation went as planned. Pretty much no pain experienced. Healed well. Microneedling and PRP with Dr. Straka was amazing!
I just finished microneedling and PRP treatments on my face and I am amazed with how smooth and bright my skin is looking! I highly recommend Dr. Straka. He knows so much about his field and everyone at the office was so pleasant and welcoming. I'll be back!

Wonderful botox treatment
I had botox with Dr. Straka for the first time and I can't wait to go back for my next treatment! He took his time with me and explained everything to me in a way that made sense and made me feel comfortable. I was very impressed with how much the Botox has helped get rid of wrinkles around my eyes and forehead and how gentle he was with the injections.

Filler and botox were great!
