Very efficient!!!

I came in and the front desk was very efficient and friendly. They got me in and out in no time. They were very nice and courteous. The nurses were also very friendly and made me feel at ease. Great job!!

First Visit

This has been been my first experience at James River Dermatology and it has been beyond pleasant. From the front desk staff all the way down to the nurses it has been nothing but a honor. The provider that I saw was very detailed and took her time when doing my screening, I could not be more impressed with the service; very well done!

Very good service

I saw a PA and I was a little unhappy because I have had issues with other PAs in other offices but the service that I received was great. She listened to me attentively and really helped me out with my condition. Thank you so much for the great service!

Great bedside manners!

This was my first appointment and the bedside manners that my doctor showed me was great! I told her that I was a little nervous but she assured me that everything would be fine and it was. Excellent service!

Nice environment

The people here are all so nice. I was a little hesitant because of a couple of bad reviews in the past but I must tell you...DO NOT believe the negative reviews. The staff is warm and welcoming and the physicians are amazing!!!! Way to go James River Dermatology!! You rock!!!

Great service

I have been a patient of this practice for years and I must say that the service is great!!! The front desk always greets me with a smile and they are very helpful. They even laugh at my jokes. Good job ladies!!!

Wonderful front desk

I was a little hesitant and nervous about my first appointment because I have had a few bad experiences with offices in he past but the front desk was very courteous and helpful. They helped me do my paperwork and with he entire check in process. Excellent service! Keep up the good work!

Fast diagnosis

I came to this practice concerning a problem I had for months and it was literally driving me insane. You diagnosed the problem quickly and the prescription that was sent in cleared it right up. I was very impressed!!
