Refreshing
So many doctors nowadays don’t seem to have the time or want to listen to their patients, explain to their patients, and confirm their patients have an understanding of what they are speaking to. I know this was only my first experience with Dr. Fernandez, but he understands how to interact with his patients and create an open/welcoming environment for communication. The nurses were wonderful and courteous as well. I’m confident I made the right choice with choosing ADH! Thank you to everyone on duty today for making my experience a good experience during my first visit.
