Best Surgeon Ever!!
After having two hip replacements with Doctor Cahill I feel better than I have in 10 years. I have no pain, can walk properly and wish I did this a lot sooner. Dr. Cahill is an outstanding surgeon who listens to my concerns and addresses any and all questions I have. He truly has changed my life, and I would recommend him highly.

Hip Hip Hooray!
I had my left hip replaced by Dr. Cahill this past October, Post surgery I had no pain at all, I had my right hip done by a different orthopedist about 7 years ago as I was unfortunately unaware of Dr. Cahill's practice, otherwise then I would have been seen by him. He has one of the best bedside manners that I've experienced. I felt totally at ease with him at all times. If I never need anymore surgeries down the road, there won't be any second guessing where I'll be going. On a scale of 1 to 10, he ranks an 11 in my book!

Great process and outcome
/explains in detail all of the ins and outs of the surgery and steps to be taken beforehand Outcome was great--PT followed by gym membership has me up and walking without pain and knee feels better than in years

Successful Knee Surgery
I completely trust Dr. Cahill and have never doubted his ability or advice. He took the time to explain everything that had happen and what he would do to correct the problem. The process was exactly as he described it and the results were perfect.

Having known Dr. Cahill for a long time, liked his approach on diagnosing, not rushing to do a surgery and only doing it once there were no other options. Surgery was fully explained and the Op Center was friendly, professional and efficient. Fully trust his knowledge and appreciate his personal manner and clear explanation of options.

Best Doctor EVER!
Have been to Dr. Cahill for 2 acl replacements and a full knee replacement. He is the most thorough, caring Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of going to. His staff is AMAZING!!!

Staff got me in for emergency appointment same day. Dr. saw me and got me immediate relief. Follow up calls and scheduling were complete and thorough.
Appreciate Dr. Cahill making himself available for questions off hours.
Overall excellent surgical and post-op experience.

Maci Procedure
I had the Maci procedure done to my right knee. Dr. Cahill was excellent in explaining the process to me and helpful in assisting me through my recovery. I am very happy with my decision in deciding to go through with this surgery.

Fabulous doctor and great staff

Dr. cahill is the best doctor ever
surgury went great this is the second surgery from Dr. Cahill i had first was hip and now shoulder i have not had pain since i healed in my hip since 2013 and i look foward to hurting myself again to be able to use Dr. Cahill again

Right Hip replacement
On September 5 DR Cahill replaced my right hip. Believe it or not I did not experience any pain afterwards during my recovery nor during my therapy. The initial pain I had has gone away and I am extremely satisfied.

Extremely satisfied with the procedure and follow up
I had a shoulder ac joint reconstructive surgery.I had my doubts about the procedure but Dr. Cahill put me at ease.I knew I was in good hand when he explained the entire procedure with such expertise and confidence.The doctor and staff did a wonderful job throughout the surgery and post op. The only doctor I would trust to treat a sports injury.
Dr. Cahill fit me in to his schedule the the day of my injury and scheduled my surgery for shortly thereafter. The procedure went well as did the recovery. Dr. Cahill's office was professional and helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Cahill to anyone need of an orthopedic surgeon and would not trust anyone else to treat me in the future should the need arise. Overall, it was a first class experience.

Excellent Result
I was referred to Dr. Cahill by my Primary Care doc. I had an issue with my left shoulder after open heart surgery. Dr. Cahill diagnosed a frozen shoulder and ordered physically therapy. Today I have excellent range of motion and use of my arm again without pain.

Amazing Surgeon!
Had my bicep tendon re attached in 2015, Dr Cahill did an amazing job. I'm now 51 years old and my arm is good as it was in my 20s.. Recently need Meniscus surgery on my left knee and would only let Cahill work on me. Again amazing job my knee is like bran new!!! Thank god for surgeons like James Cahill.. I'm confident that whatever the future brings he can put me back together!!

I am cured!
Dr. Cahill and staff are superb. You can not find a better office staff or orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Cahill goes out oh his way to make sure all of his patients understand about their surgeries and follow-up care. Dr. Cahill's staff is ALWAYS friendly and ready to help.
