As always, it was excellent
I never have any issues. The staff is very nice. The Nurse Practitioner is great.
I used the online check in and waited oitside in my car because thats what the online told me to do, and it said someone would come get me. Well finally someone from the office called to see if i was still coming to tje appointment. I told them that i was outside waiting in the car. I wasn't aware that this office does not use it yet, It was explained to me that it doesn't fit with them yet.
So that was time wasted.

Dr Hood is a great Dr whom I trust with all of my Healthcare needs for both me and my family
I have been seeing Dr Hood for all of my Healthcare needs for over 10 years and what I love about him is that he takes the time to explain everything to yo whether it's your blood work or results from any other tests you may have taken. He is very innovative and takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have. In my view, he is one of the best doctors out there.

All my concerns were addressed and appropriate tests performed.
Dr. Hood and staff are awesome! I received a thorough exam and the appropriate tests were ordered. A follow up visit was scheduled to discuss the test results and to answer any questions. I feel well taken care of when I need to see Dr. Hood- I live almost an hour away now and refuse to find a new doctor in my area.

Always listens, will send you to a specialist when needed.
Dr. Hood will ask questions and listen to your answers. For the first time in 20 years I feel confident in doctors diagnosis and his reccomended specialist. Feel so much better after using bioidentical hormone cream.
I reccomend him to anyone looking for a doctor.
Nurse practitioner Acevedo is also wonderful!
I hope that she will be there permanently.

Trusted advice and care
I have seen Dr. Hood and his team for over 20 years. He has taken great care of me and family. He caring and thoughtful treating both the symptoms and their root causes. His staff are all very kind, and helpful. With all the patients they see, they still remember me every time I come in. They add that personal touch and feel you used to get when visiting a doctor's office.

Fast and efficient
You walk in and they greet you with pleasure. Then they get you back to a room and it doesn’t ever take very long for the Doctor to come in and he is amazing at what he does . He knows how to Communicate to where you can understand and is willing to answer any questions you have stupid or not . They are great .

Pure comfort
Dr Hood gives you the old school treatment such as listing fully to your issues and concerns without feeling like your just money passing thru his clinic. He's also great at explaining, diagnosing and telling you how to prevent or take care of yourself from such future problems.
