Responsive and Quick
I had a painful infected toe. The office responded quickly to my Internet inquiry and made an office appointment for me as quickly as possible. Dr. Patel was very methodical in his approach to treating the infection and presented a treatment plan that cleared the infection the best way possible. I am appreciative of Dr. Patel's efforts and concerns for my issue.

Very thorough explanation for a First time visit to any Podiatrist
Dr Patel is very understand able with a new patient who has never seen a Podiatrist before and explaining what the potential issue is. You can tell he really wants to take care of his patients the correct way and in the best way possible.

The doctor was gentle and very kind.
He took time looking at the x rays. He explained things well, both how my toe was working and how that affected other joints in my body. He offered a cortisone injection. He listed 3 options for treatment and the reason for each and results to be expected from each. I will come see him again.

Took his time. Constanly asking if im okay, does he need to stop etc.
I had to get a nail removal temporary procedure. I was scared but he explained everything to me made sure it didnt hurt asked me if i was okay during the process constanly. didnt feel bad pain at all i totally recommend him.

Quick and Easy
I had an issue with my ankle and needed someone to take a look. I was able to schedule and appointment within a week and got feedback within 15 minutes of the start of my appointment. On site X-ray quickened the process.
