The check in process needs to be better. AOC should print down the forms that is already on the computer. Then the patient can edit any changes. This will save time for the staff and patient. Having to refill out the forms could be stressful and confusing for older patients

This was my first time seeing Dr Byrd as a follow up to my walk-in visit for my wrist problem. She took time to listen, examine my wrist, and explain in details I could understand about my condition. She discussed possible next step treatments should the condition continue longer than expected.
