On-time, polite, and clear about treatment options
Great first experience with Dr. Mlot. He was thorough, and spent a lot of time with me to discuss various treatment options. He also offered a referral to the allergist.

Excellent waiting room experience, the workers were very good in the office.
Dr. Mlot is very thorough and very efficient. He listens to you describe your medical history and what's important to you. He explains the work ahead of you and what's expected so you feel like there's a plan for your health. I would recommend him to friends and family for medical help.

I had an earache the day before flying out. They fit me in the same day and I couldn't have been more pleased with the physician. He took the time to check everything and sat down and spoke to me. I never felt rushed or that I was just a number. Thank you for a great experience! It truly made a difference.

ENT allergy associates is fabulous. Very minimal wait time in the waiting room. Very friendly staff. Wonderful doctor care. Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them . Never felt rushed. Highly recommend

Greatest amount of professionalism and care
Dr Mlot is an outstanding physician. During my office visit, he thoroughly explained my surgery and addressed all my concerns. On the day of surgery, his presence before and after the procedure was a great comfort. I am grateful to have been referred to Dr Mlot.

Worth the ride from Queens
After just finishing cancer treatment and spending a lot of time with doctors meeting with Dr. Mlot to discuss my hearing issues was just perfect. Very knowledgeable and I know is someone I can trust and depend on moving forward.

Wish I had gone to Dr. Mlot 4 months ago.
Dr. Mlot performed a thorough exam of the issues I am experiencing. I have been to multiple ER visits, Primary Cares and with no relief for 4 months, I personally chose to schedule an apt with an ENT. I just moved to the White Plains area and Dr. Mlot had an opening and so glad that he did. I am currently 24 hours after his diagnosis and feel 80% better from something I have been struggling with for 4 months that the ER and Primary care could not take care of. I strongly recommend Dr. Mlot if you are looking for an ENT that takes the time to listen to your symptoms and diagnose you correctly.

I absolutely love Dr. Mlot.
I would not go with anyone else but him. He did my bilateral sinus surgery, and was the only one out of several ENT doctors who took time to listen, evaluate me, and plan things out. He’s amazing.

Terrific experience
Front desk staff we're very friendly and helpful. The assistant (I don't remember her name) was attentive, friendly and took the time to learn how to pronounce my last name :-) Dr Mlot is fantastic. He listened to my concerns, took the time to answer questions and I never felt rushed. Cheryl the surgical coordinator took time to explain to me the process and how to fill out the forms and what to expect. If you ever need an ENT these are the people to come to

Longest wait time ever
WHen I finally go tinto see Dr. Mlot he was very nice, professional and apologized for the excessively long wait. I waited over an hour to ginally see him. I understand unforseeable circumstances, however, it would have been nice for some one to keep me updated on his timing-had to ask.

Fantastic
Dr. Mlot took his time meeting with me for the pre and post op. He also fit me into his schedule for my post op so I could get to work on time. I find he really cares about his patients. Most importantly he was very knowledgeable on my conditions and explained things in layman’s terms. Both before and after my surgery and at the hospital before surgery began. I would definitely go back to Dr. Mlot in the future if I need to.

My first meeting with this doctor who was new to me was very
positive. He was able to communicate in a very intelligent but understandable manner. His prescriptive plan had me feeling much better in a few days.I feel he will be a great assent to this

Dr. Mlot was amazing! He determined the issue that had my hearing in one ear completely blocked and resolved the issue in one visit!
I cannot recommend Dr. Mlot highly enough! If you are having an ear issue, hurry and see him!
