Diagnosed my problem quickly, & gave info to avoid future problems
Dr. Blank was easy to speak to when I explained the reason for my visit. He explained what he saw, removed wax from both ears, and prescribed an antibiotic. I appreciated the printed copy of the visit that included his diagnosis and instructions how I could avoid future problems.

EXCELLENT
Dr Blank is the best ever!!! I’ve been bringing my daughter to see dr Blank for many years now and the experience in his office is as good as the first day! He is so attentive and patient with little kids (my daughter was little when we first came) and funny and relaxing with older kids (she is a teen now).
Today we walked in without an appointment since my daughter woke up with an ear ache. We got the same treatment as if we had an appointment. We didn’t feel rushed at all and he took his time to chat a few minutes too.
Dr Blank is what I call an ‘old school doctor’ with exceptional ‘bed side manners’! As a patient you can see he LOVES his profession!
I can’t praise him enough!
But I don’t want to forget the front desk staff and nurses either! They are as nice and helpful as Dr. Blank!

Even though it was quite busy during my visit, the staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Blank's assistant was professional, cordial and comforting. Dr. Blank was very personable, thorough and informative. All in all it was a pleasurable experience!
