Never got to see the doctor because people at the front desk "could not verify my insurance" which is funny because I had no problem verifying it when I called the 1-800 number on my insurance card. The 12 year old at the front window rolled her eyes at me twice when I asked her if my drivers license was on file. I was handing it to her when she snottily said, "I still need it." I responded with, "That's not what I asked." We will NEVER recommend this place, and we will NEVER return.

Came in for a physical and was very friendly and help full. Christine carfully listened to my concerns and was assuring that was ok.

Dr. Gavino is amazing! She took time to fully understand my needs. She is very professional. And, her staff is efficient, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Gavino and Magnolia Family Medicine.

Everyone was absolutely AWESOME! The only complaint I had was from the moment I arrived although your staff member Patricia did not address me directly she seemed to have an attitude talking to staff. I just brushed it off. It wasn't until she assisted us with that same negative attitude, no kindness in her look, her voice or her attitude in general was I saddened by her treatment. She displayed no team player type of personality towards her co-workers and worse toward her patients she was not kind. I hope that this is not the norm and hope that next time she can at minimum crack a smile or speak. I say this because she did not respond verbally to her co-workers when they asked her for help. She gave them instead a dirty look but did assist. Other than this my experience was awesome.
