So professional. Dr. Margareth moved very quickly but I felt no lack of attention. She was so thorough that by the time she was done explaining, all my questions were answered. Thoroughly explained all of my options and I am excited to hopefully be rid of acne forever.

My overall experience was good
The provider was very knowledgeable about my condition and laid out a plan for me over the next few months.
One note: During the appointment, there were several assistance/nurses accompanying the doctor and I was not sure who all was in the room assisting with my visit. It would have been nice to have brief introductions at the start to help build a connection and trust with all those assisting me.
Overall, the team was very helpful.

Exceptional experience from start to finish - from the moment I walked in the door
The entire experience was enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Pierre-Louis was friendly, a good listener, reassuring, thoughtful and made sure I felt good about the diagnosis.

She was nice, respectful, and she made a fast diagnosis.
She was respectful and made a fast diagnosis. Usually at the other dermatologist I've been to they hurry the process and they give me the same medication I always get but never works. But Dr.Pierre Louis didn't do that she made a different diagnosis and she gave me more treatments and I am confident they will work.

Had to wait about 40 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the Dr. Pierre-Louis, but she have me here full attention when she arrived and I was pleased with her explanations of treatment options and with how she executed the option we decided upon.

Thorough and Amazing
Dr. Pierre-Louis was very personable and knowledgeable about all of the services and my concerns. She took the time to speak with me about the pros and cons of every possible treatment available for my condition. She also asked questions to properly diagnose the root of the issue. She has made me very comfortable with her services. I will make sure to return and refer friends, family members and colleagues for all of their dermatology needs .
