The time taken out to figure out a plan for my acne was perfect
This has been the best experience I have had thus far at a dermtology physician. I have never had a doctor take the time to set up a morning and night plan for me. I feel the most listened to I have ever experienced.

Not all my concerns were addressed, but I was told I should wait until my follow up to discussed. Things were running late and I felt a little rushed, but the doctor was very nice and clear and seemed to care about my discomfort and improving it.

Excellent communication both with explaining and listening
My experience has been great. It's pretty common to feel like a diagnosis with some doctors but not at all with Dr. Pierre-Louis. She has checked in multiple times even in one visit if I had any questions and given me opportunities to express any thoughts I was having during the appointment. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed with medical information but this was as smooth as could be with many informational checkpoints.

Fantastic
Dr. Pierre Louis is great and same with her whole staff. And we had Allison and Hannah ahelp as well and they are fantastic, too. Gao at the front desk was wonderful, too! Overall a fantastic and wonderful place to come for all your dermatology needs!
