Best dermatologist I've seen!
Dr. Pierre-Louis listened very patiently to my many questions, and offered advice that was tailored to my concerns and skin color. Her assistant was also very kind and helpful, and I liked how Dr. Pierre-Louis balanced the interactions between the three of us, asking him questions and involving him in the process. I will definitely come back whenever I have skin concerns/issues!

Most impressive!
I have never been to a dermatologist before so I didn't know what to expect. I was also worried that my skin is just too weird to be treated. Dr. Pierre-Louis is incredibly comforting and smart. I'm excited to try her recommendations, and I'm confident that we'll be able to figure out how to treat my skin problems. I'm very happy I found her :)

A strong listener who is open to honoring your preferences and finding solutions for you
Dr Pierre-Louis is great! Once she visits you, you have her full attention and she is very receptive to honoring your preferences when building a solution for you. Wait times can be long is my only complaint.

Despite a long wait, Dr. Pierre-Louis was very helpful
Although I waited an hour to see her, Dr. Pierre-Louis was very apologetic and offered a complimentary facial. She was kind and thorough, even though she was clearly very busy. She answered all my questions and made sure that I had everything I needed.
