Margareth and her amazing team were so helpful and reassuring! It was my first visit and they took time to get to know me, understand my issue and deal with it immediately! Also, very reasonably priced (especially if you are paying out of pocket)! I will definitely come back for future needs!

Overall, a good first visit
I am looking forward undertaking the recommendations the doctor has provided. At the end of the day, this is about seeing results. I am also trying to balance the effectiveness of treatments with long term affordability. While I have medical insurance, co-pays and deductibles still make prescriptions extremely expensive.

Excellent diagnosis and explanations
I came in with a few issues and Dr. Pierre-Louis was very attentive and gave thorough explanations on multiple courses of treatment into order to solve my issues. She is very personable and direct on a course of action.

Best Visit Ever
Everyone I came in contact with today in the dermatologist office was excellent. Wonderful service and very sweet. Any questions I had was answered. My Doctor was very professional but also very engaging and made me feel comfortable. Before touching hair or anything she asked if it was okay and she told me exactly what was wrong. I will be back one month from now and hopefully I get the same amazing doctor. Also, this visit was far better than my visit to a different dermatologist. I had a far better understanding of my condition.

Outstanding Experience and Knowledge
Could not have had a better experience. Got in on the same day I requested an appointment. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and listened to everything I had to say. She also explained everything to be sure I understood the condition and what was needed to cure. I would recommend her to anyone.

excellent experience
doctor listened to all my concerns - was able to thoroughly suggest pregnancy safe options for me, and talk through what im currently using, and what i should stop using until i have given birth. Able to put me at ease around a skin condition I thought could possibly be something worse.

Laser procedure was a positive experience.
I came in today for a laser procedure to reduce redness in my face and some other discolorations. Dr. Pierre-Louis explained the procedure clearly and it went exactly as I expected.
I never feel rushed with the doctor and my questions are always answered.
Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure coming in here!
