I truly felt at ease, and taken great care of.
I live 4.5 hours away and was told by a coworker to come here. It was well worth the drive. I would recommend highly.

Dr. Jazini is excellent and we have had a very positive experience with this practice.
Dr. Jazini is very thorough. He took the time to explain in detail the steps for the surgery. I'd like to express my gratitude to him and his amazing staff for the level of care they have given me. I would highly recommend Dr. Jazini to anyone that is considering back surgery.

Level of care is superb...
As a patient with a number of different experiences, the team at VSI and Reston Hospital is by far the best care I have ever received. Highly, highly recommend to anyone with spinal issues.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Dr.Jazini and VSI
We got several opinions for my surgery, coming from Richmond, VA. Dr. Jazini won hands down with this attitude, his knowledge, his experience, and his bedside manner. I would not change anything about this cervical spine surgery. I'm expecting a great recovery.

Every minute was worth it!
Dr. Jazini was absolutely phenomenal, he was straight up with me on what to expect and walked me through what to expect with every procedure. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has endured back pain. I for the first time in about 10 years, feel like I can have a realistic, active lifestyle again!

I should have had this surgery 15 years ago.

Knowing that Your Doctor Has Your Back (Literally)
I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Jazini and from the moment that I first met him I could feel his sincerity and authenticity. Dr. Jazini is a skilled, competent surgeon and most of all he has a warmth and an easiness to talk to. On the day of my spinal fusion I was so nervous, but when he came into the room I immediately felt at ease. When I had an issue come up post-op he and his team (especially Kat) were on it and truly concerned. I wouldn't trade my doctor for anyone else!

Fantastic--Dr. Jazini provided me with a new lease on life!
For three years I suffered with back, neck, and arm pain because of a work-related injury. I was so happy to find VSI and the team of doctors that listened and provided a comprehensive plan to get me better. Dr. Jazini provided sound answers to my numerous questions and gave me the confidence and trust to have spine surgery. Positively amazing outcome!
Dr. Jazini has been an amazing doctor and person from the initial consult. He made me feel at ease from day one taking the time to listen to me and give me all the time necessary to answer questions and educate on the options for my back. This resulted in both of us agreeing that fusion was the best course of action and Dr Jazini continued to be there every step of the way throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was being rushed because of other patients and was afforded ample time to process the information given and then have open dialog with the entire staff at VSI. I have nothing but positive reviews and great things to say about Dr. Jazini and his team at VSI.

Excellent. I am very happy with his treatment plan and his inclination NOT to rush into surgery. At the time I was in a lot of pain and was hoping for surgery to make it go away, but his advice was spot on, and the situation resolved itself more or less in the time frame that he predicted.

Dr Janzini shows caring and expert knowledge of problems related to to neck and back problems I have.
Dr Jazini works at the Virginia Spine Institiute. They first evaluate via a NP and then Dr Jazini sees you. On initial consultation they conducted an onsite X-ray of my entire neck and back. After this I was sent for an MRI of my cervical and thoracic spin and from that and my x-rays, the diagnosis was consistent with my understanding of my prior injuries which occurred while flying jets in the US Navy. He took time to explain that I likely had a small fracture in my C-4 bone and that the MRI showed a small tear in the disc between the C-4 and C-5 joint. He prescribed Naproxen and 12 physical therapy sessions. He demonstrated a quick yet through evaluation and was willing to listen. He talks quickly and exudes a presence that builds the caring and confidence in his evaluation and diagnosis. I would recommend him to others I know if they have problems with their neck or back.

Excellent care in every way
Dr. Jazini is an outstanding healthcare provider with very specialized surgical training and skills. I saws three different surgeons before proceeding with the surgery, and of all, he was the only surgeon who could perform the two level disk replacement surgery that I needed done. Even though some doctors may want to go the disk fusion route, and having had a fusion done myself in the past, the disk replacement is superior to disk fusion in every aspect. This is true in my own experience, and has been the same finding in many medical research papers as well.
The staff here is very professional and helpful as well. Everyone will do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of, from scheduling, to PAs, to billing, etc. If ten stars rating is an option, I would be very comfortable rating Dr. Jazini and his staff at ten stars out of five!

Most engaged and helpful physician I have ever had.
VSI ALIF Spinal fusion was a complete success. My back is completely pain free. The entire staff at VSI is professional and upbeat and from the day I walked in the door two years ago I felt like I was in great hands across the board. From initial consultations to post-operative rehabilitation and follow-up I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with Dr Jazini and his whole team.
