This was a very positive experience, everyone was helpful, interested in my wellbeing, and competent. Dr. Nahm was interested, professional, knowledgeable, and very up to date with suggestions and recommendations that revealed confidence and understanding regarding my Tinnitus and ear affliction. More so, than other medical persons, I have encountered. Also, I am happy that my insurance, Fidelis Care, includes the ENT and Allergy Associates within it's network.

Dr. Nahm is a GEM among all doctors !!!!!
Listening skills, Oh My Goodness, Dr. Nahm listens to alllll my Many interwoven medical issues and, really tries to help me find the Cause, and to help me feel better !
And, I really, really want to Positively "Shout Out" the "Follow-up" from Dr. Nahm, AND the whole staff, AND Partners ! -
Dr. Nahm always gives clear, easy to follow "next steps," And the staff gives you a print-up summary which gives you info you need, to get any tests, etc -
Not that you even usually need to call anyone, because, the Partners, actually reach out to you and help you set everything up !
...Dr. Nahm (and staff!) are really just SO WONDERFUL, I wish all my doctors cared Half as much and were half as talented as Dr. Nahm and Staff !
I am HAPPY to continue coming to Dr. Nahm & Staff, and ...would even actually still keep coming back EVEN IF I MOVED ! LOL ! :)

Dr. Nahm was wonderful!
The doctor was wonderful; however, the waiting process has room for improvement. I had a 11:10am appointment; was asked to arrive 20-mins prior and then didn't see doctor until 11:35am. There was only one person in the waiting room when I arrived, so it didn't seem very busy. Maybe this is a subjetive view; but I believe a 45-min wait time before seeing the doctor is overly excessive.

The entire staff was extremely pleasant and attentive to my questions. Very lovely staff. Alexis was a pleasure to speak to and Dr. N was awesome!

Dr. Nahm was completely well versed in regards to my medical needs and resolved the issue immediately. Throughout the visit, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He did this in a very calming trusting manner. Also, his staff was outstanding from the moment I entered the facility.

He was professional, explained what he was going to do, explained his finding in a very clear manner, he took time to make that I would follow his recommendation and follow-up. He had an very easy and trustworthy way about him. He was one of the few doctors that I have met that I liked and trusted right away.
I hope he gets to stay in your practice - he would be an asset.

What a fantastic doctor!
I literally cried in front of him out of fear and he made me feel comfortable and heard. He was patient and explained everything clearly. I mean I hope I never have to see him again but he will be my go-to ENT for as long as he covers my insurance.

Clean, Professional, Courteous - Highly Enjoyable Experience
Really good ENT office - it was convenient location right on Broadway, clean office, large waiting room, pleasant receptionist. The assistant who saw me was talkative and professionally, and helpful. The doctor was great, came in and quickly diagnosed my ear pain, treated it, and was clear in communicating next steps for treatment. Would not consider another ENT office, as these guys were great.
