Kind and caring
Dr. Wasserman was attentive, took his time and was gentle with my five year old. He walked him through every step and made him feel comfortable. He also took the time to not only listen to the parent to discuss what’s going on but also let my son be heard. He truly made him feel valued.

Felt relieved
Dr. Wasserman was extremely attentive, thoughtful and empathetic. He asked all the right questions and gave an explanation vs. Just diagnosing a bunch of medications which is what I had been used to, so refreshing to have good medical care. The staff,nurses and receptionist along with the auditory staff were all pleasant and really made it comfortable as my first time visit.

Best Doctor
I told my problems and I struggled many years with my nose Allergies. I went so many place Everyone Saying different problems and I take medication not clear but I went this place wow he’s found out that solution.. now I’m breathing Good feel better

Really good doctor.
Dr. Wasserman is a really good doctor that helped me out a lot. When it comes to any ENT issues he is the doctor I trust the most to help out because he takes time to explain everything. Has wonderful bedside manner and knows what he is doing. For as long as Dr.Wasserman is in Practice I will see him about my ENT issues.

The Doctor is IN
Dr. Wasserman is definitely IN. He explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me the right diagnosis. He listened, he cared he was IN...Involved with patient needs and concerns. He took his time and was fully there , not in a rush to get to his next patient. He was helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I made an appointment for my daughter as well! Thank you, Dr. Wasserman!

I was very nervous to see him. He had to use a small tube with a camera to look into my nose. He was very gentle and understanding

Great experience!
This was the 2nd time seeing Dr. Wasserman. The visit was great! I was a little concerned because my daughter can be very difficult when it comes to doctors visits but, he was great. I loved that he explained everything that he doing to my daughter which made her feel more comfortable he helped her overcome her fear and it made the visit much easier for her. I appreciate the way he explained everything to me and was so thorough. The Staff in the front was great as well they were very kind and helpful. I look forward to my next visit.

very caring, personable, and knowledgeable doctor
Dr Wasserman is an incredibly kind and accommodating provider. He squeezed me in day of, and then apologized to ME for the wait, after doing me the favor. He was very thorough in his assessment, as well as genuinely interested in what I had to say instead of just diagnosing and rushing me out. He was very compassionate and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I like how he explained WHY I was getting the symptoms and educated me on ways to manage. I definitely recommend him and look forward to seeing him again. Everyone from medical providers to front desk staff in this office are extremely nice.
