An Excellent Experience
I found the Podiatry Center online and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one I was greeted at the front desk and my appointments were always on time. With Dr. Matthews I felt I was given clear and concise instructions with an expected timeline that felt achievable. He was great to chat with and was very personable. I would highly recommend coming here.

I am pain free
I hesitated to come for treatment. But with every visit I became aware that with the recommended treatment I would eventually be pain free. And here I am the holidays are upon us and I am pain free. Fingers crossed because I do have daily stretches I need to keep up with.

Your friendly neighborhood podiatrist
I was having foot pains I couldn't walk for days. A co-worker recommended Dr. Matthew's practice down the street from our office. I'm grateful for the recommendation. Dr. Matthew's has been thorough with the issues causing my foot troubles and provided clear solutions on how to prevent them from happening. I would easily recommend him to my friends and family.

Highly recommend!
Terrific experience with Dr. Matthews! Very nice, friendly office staff. I had both a hairline fracture and nail fungus. Dr. Matthews put me in a boot for 3 weeks and prescribed medication for my fungus. Four weeks later and both problems have abated. Very happy and relieved. Also, office is right across the street from public parking. All in all a great experience!

First visit was wonderful! Dr. Matthews clearly knows his profession and is willing to think out of the box to resolve my feet issues. I look forward to my next visit and being pain free.

Excellent experience with Dr. Matthews
Dr. Matthews has exceptional listening and diagnosis skills. Obviously, he excelled in Medical School since he is very knowledgeable and experience. He doesn't rush you and provides with you with ample time to explain your issues. He breaks down the issues with you and the method of healing.
I would highly recommend him.

Excellent, Personalized Care!
Dr. Matthews is an excellent physician, highly recommend him for a podiatry needs. I have specilized connective tissue disabilities, which complicate the podiatry issues I struggle with. Dr. Matthews expertise and knowledge is essential. He is caring and patient, very thoughtful in his personalized approach for my car. I appreciate his methods and combination of being conservitive with treatment, yet with all of the modern medical technology and advancements to assist with my needs.

Very Effective

Work Life activities have improved dramatically
Dr Mathews had me work through a few activities before recommending surgery.
Medicines, stretching exercises and then physical therapy. When the pain did not go away he recommended surgery. It was the right decision.
He is very easy to get along with and was very nice to my family in the hospital.

Very clear and descriptive on why the injury occurred
Through all my appointments with Dr. Michael I always felt like I learned more when I left. From his explanation of why the injury occurred in the first place to why it has taken so long to heal. Great guy! Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

excellent surgeon and podiatrist
I visited The Podiatry Center for pain in my achilles. Dr. Matthews's initial recommendations provided rapid relief. My MRI revealed underlying problems from old sports injuries that would cause my symptoms to return and gradually worsen. Dr. Matthews recommended a surgical intervention and explained exactly what would be done and why. The surgery went very well and my recovery has been all I could have hoped for. Throughout Dr. Matthews described both the big picture and the details.

Accessible, Caring
Dr Matthews did some minor foot surgery for me and made the process as smooth as possible every step of the way. He squeezed the surgery in at year-end so that I could maximize my health benefits. And, before, during, and after the surgery, he has been available to answer any and all questions in a clear way. He's the best podiatrist I've ever seen!

Excellent care in alleviating a painful problem.
I saw Dr. Matthews for a consultation after an injury to my foot that resulted in more pain than I expected. I found Dr. Mathews to be very personable and quite patient in providing answers to my questions about my diagnosis. He explained the reasons for the recommended care and follow-up and provided options where appropriate. Very professional and friendly care!

Five Star Experience
I recently came to Dr. Matthews for serious pain in my foot. He listened patiently, took his time to hear all my concerns and complaints, and then efficiently diagnosed and treated each problem. He was thorough with his explanations of the problems and courses for treatment. He made sure to try everything before resorting to surgery - and it worked! Dr. Matthews is also extremely personable, punctual and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend.
