I’ve been seeing Dr. Lile for almost 20 years now
DrLile seemed to zero in on my body had too much estrogen unlike all male doctors who just assumed because of my age I was over eating and my metabolism had Just sloan down. A physician who listens, and sound solutions to health concerns.
Since 2014, I have not felt "well." I fell into the medical abyss of fatigue, hair loss, dry skin, weight gain, low libido, vaginal dryness. I would relay these symptoms to my medical provider, who placed me on a hypothyroid medication, patted me on the head, and told me it was just a part of being an aging female. I struggled to find a physician who would listen and take my health concerns to heart. I have always been active, and when my body started to exhibit these symptoms, I felt frustrated and depressed but refused to resign myself that this is all the medical establishment could do for me. Truly a One on One Experience
I was seen via zoom by Anna Sims and have never felt more heard by a doctor. I was scheduled for a hour but she did not seem fazed when we passed the hour and a half mark still talking about my results and future goals. (1.5 hours with a doctor?!)
I was educated on how my body operates and how to improve its functions.
Waking up this morning I feel like I can finally take control of my health with the help of this incredible team!

I had a wonderful experience and the plan they put me on made sense with the results that we received from the labs. I could go on for hours... lets just say i have finally found my doctor for life! If you are looking for true preventative healthcare and wellness management, Dr. Lile is it. No more break, fix no more fixing everything with ANOTHER Prescription. She takes the time to thoroughly review your history and bloodwork to determine not what’s “acceptable” but what’s “optimal” and not optimal for the masses but for you uniquely. If the US healthcare system practiced medicine like Dr. Lile, we would be healthier nation and our medical costs overall would be a fraction of what it is!!!

It was refreshing to have a doctor spend time with you to explain in detail your blood work and confirm symptoms that you have been experiencing. Also, it was very interesting to understand how interconnected various aspects of hormones, thyroid, adrenals and weight management work together or didn't work together based on what your blood work showed. I only had the first initial consult and I already feel I found a better approach to managing my health than through my traditional methods of going to separate specialists - which never connected the dots with other doctors treatments. Also, the compounding medications and vitamins didn't have the side effects of the traditional prescribed medications I was on. I don't think we have the formula perfected yet but it is pretty close with one visit. I look forward to working with Dr. Lile

I finally found my kind of doctor!
Dr. Lile was absolutely wonderful. We discussed everything I had on my list and more. She took such a different approach at looking at the whole picture versus other doctors just focusing on their specialty. I truly feel like I am on the right path.
