Exceptional personal service from attending physiciasn.
When I first called for an appointment after a doctor's referral, I was able to get in within just a few hours, surprisingly. My problem was quickly recognized and the mitigation of symptoms was immediately begun. As a result, my discomfort was lessened considerably from the first appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens and Premier Heart and Vein Care. .

Thorough exams, patient in listening, broad thinking in assessment
I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Stevens. He has treated me for a series of problems and considers my health issues in a holistic manner. He has followed my health issues referring me to other specialists and following up with timely updates on tests and other diagnostics. I am very grateful to have such a competent doctor attending to my health needs.

Experienced, knowledgeable doctor in busy practice.
Dr. Ken Stevens is clearly knowledgeable, double board certified, and appears to be keenly interested in the physical facts related to his patients' health. He appears to be quite busy, which could be interpreted to be disinterest in his patients, but he seems to nice for that to be true. As a result of visits, a patient should feel very confident in his diagnoses and recommended treatments. However, the personal, emotional component that is an important element of a patient's health care is largely ignored in the typical appointment, and communication in lay terms is difficult to elicit from Dr. Stevens. This is particularly important as it relates to Life Style choices which are significant for patients to alter to improve health. More time spent on ensuring patient understanding, with empathy, and investigation into social/psychological reasons for patient behavior would result in superior results for both doctor and patient.

My experience with Dr. Stevens and his Team has been absolutely fantastic. I am always treated with respect and kindness. His office is very profession and friendly. My appointments always start in a timely manner. Both Dr. Stevens and his Team make me feel like a person, not just a "patient".

They really run the practice well. They schedule in a way that makes since. You don't have to wait. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and well trained. I have never had a problem. Dr. Stevens is a great doctor. You will appreciate this practice!

Nice and Courteous Staff
Have been coming to Dr. Stevens office for years. Out of multiple doctors he was the first to diagnose the correct symptoms and come up with a comprehensive plan to get me well again. During the entire time, his staff, from the receptionist to the nurses to the managers and book keepers have all been friendly and courteous during the entire time. I have gotten to know them all very well and we have a light conversation experience every time.
I have seen quite a few come and go, but they all have been so wonderful to be around and are genuinely concerned about my well being. Some of them have harder names to remember and pronounce than others, especially Marisol, took me forever to get her name right.
Would highly recommend Dr. Stevens and his courteous staff to anyone who needs his type of care.
