Dr. Noel had his team x ray my knee and then he thoroughly evaluated my injury. He was able to help alleviate the pain and set a plan in motion that I can follow to successfully treat this particular issue. I left the appointment feeling confident not unsure.

Perfection
Dr. Noel treated me like I was a family member. I was very nervous about having a knee replacement but he made me from the first time I met him feel that he would take good care of me. I recommend him to anyone needing this surgery. Yes alot of recovery is up to the patient to do their PT but he gives you the encouragement to do so. He spends time with you so you dont feel rushed while in your appointment. He has a great sense of humor and a fantastic bed side manor. He does really care about his patients.

What a Physician should be!
Dr. Noel has compassion, shows listening skills, answers questions in language you can understand. Has a sense of humor and treat's me as a patient not a number. I feel confident and heard when I see him. He is a person that shows honesty whether good news or not so good. Also today he had a PA, who was very kind, professional yet showed empathy.

Caring, compassionate, gifted surgeon who provides excellent care
Having been a patient of Dr Noel for almost a year, I highly recommend him to anyone having orthopedic problems. I was referred to him for a complete root tear of my medial meniscus. Until my MRI, I did not realize how severe my 3 year old injury was. Dr Noel spent a lot of time educating me about knee replacement surgery, which was inevitable within 5 years of my injury. He tried every approach : physical therapy, cortisone injections, gel injections, offloader brace. He said that I would know when it was time for the knee replacement surgery. Dr Noel did the surgery 12 weeks ago. He thoroughly reviewed my MRI and decided I was a good candidate for a partial (unilateral) knee replacement instead of a total replacement as I assumed I would have. I so appreciate the extra care he took to do what was best for me. Recovery has had its ups and downs (I tried to do too much in PT!, but now that it’s been 12 weeks, I am so thankful to have gone through this process with Dr Noel! Thank you!!
