Perfect fit
Being diagnosed with UC was a very nerve racking feeling to go to. Never had heard of this sickness but with the help of RGA and Dr.Patel I was fully informed of the issues that come with UC and how to properly treat it. Always a pleasure to see Dr.Patel and knowing that I have a very dependable doctor to call or go to with any questions or concerns puts a peace of mind over me and my family.

Staff from check in til Dr exam was efficient and professional.
Dr made me feel very at ease and brought solutions for my concerns. Very professional while still being personable which built my trust in the Dr/patient relationship.

Dr. Patel is thorough and kind
Dr. Patel always puts me at ease during appointments and procedures, and explains results/answers to my questions in detail. I live outside Rockford, but continue to visit Dr. Patel at RGA because I really like the facility and doctor to warrant the extra travel.

I felt he listened to what I had to say, and heard me.
I really enjoyed the upbeat, friendly staff that assisted in my visit, from the front desk, to both nurses, and Dr. Patel. I had to wait over twenty minutes, and although it was well worth the wait, I really would rather not have to wait so long. I understand the needs of patients can often be unexpected and thus time consuming. I hope I wasn't one of those.

Excellent Patient Care
Dr. Patel and his staff have been wonderful to work with. Managing my Crohn's disease is a lot less overwhelming due to the care and treatment I receive from Rockford Gastro.

Bleeding from rectum
Did not sit in the waiting room long. Got checked in with the nurse quickly. Dr. Patel was in quickly after completing my medical history. Got the exam done, an went over what was happening and what my options were for treatment.
