Everyone at the Vein Clinic was friendly and professional.
Appointments were on time and everyone took time to explain each step of the procedures. They made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing and encouraged questions.

apprehensive at first
never liked the idea of having any procedures but was made extremely comfortable right from the get go.the entire staff was very informative. explained every detail and made me very comfortable with my pending work.from pre op to post op follow ups never felt concerned one bit.in hindsight i would have done this much sooner..

Excellent and comfortable in every way!
I do not think my treatments and office visits could have been any better! The office and medical staff were going out of their way to make me comfortable and the kindness and care are exceptional! I also was very impressed how the staff took care of dealing with the insurance. This was zero worry and work for me!
I want to thank especially Gary, Karen, Julie for being just amazing! And of course Dr Afshar is outstanding!

Excellent Experience!
I had no idea what to expect going into this and from the second I walked in for my first appointment EVERYONE did everything they could to make me feel relaxed and comfortable with the procedures and what would happen along the way, from a friendly greeting upon arrival to the actual procedures and answering questions (I had many!), to helping me with insurance issues. The ENTIRE office was wonderful. In particular, Gary, Julie and Dr. Afshar were very patient, encouraged me to ask questions and voice any concerns. Highly recommend Vein Institute!!!

A Doctor who cares!

friendly staff
I came to have my spider veins fixed which was explained during my visit. It was later diagnosed that I needed more vein work done. Everyone made me feel comfortable here and they were good at keeping my mind off things while the procedures were being done. I feel I was in good hands.

Wonderful experience
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Afshar and his incredible staff. The warmth, genuine care and friendliness of each person I came in contact with put me at ease from my very first visit. The follow-up phone call, after each procedure, from Dr. Afshar himself was a perfect example of the of the genuine concern for the patient. I am also more than pleased with the results of the procedures themselves. I would, and will, recommend Dr. Afshar to anyone!
