I would recommend this office to anyone
All of Dr. Loftus's staff is extremely friendly, professional, and timely. Dr. Loftus listened to me and gave me an honest opinion of of my situation instead of trying to sell me on a surgery or procedure. I will definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience
I felt completely comfortable, with Dr. Loftus, throughout the entire experience of my procedure. She has a wonderful bedside manner and made the overall experience wonderful. My result exceeded my expectations, by far. Her staff was so helpful and pleasant every time I called and came in to the office. I recommend Dr. Loftus to anyone considering any type of cosmetic procedure!

Amazing experience!
I wouldnt have imagined my experience with Dr Loftus had went so well when I went in for the first time. She is not only an amazing surgeon but she truly CARES about her patients. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else in the future. She and her office staff are a rare find but I am glad to have found them myself!

This was a no-brainer!
I have always taken care of others. At 64 and retired from a very demanding profession, I decided to do something for myself. I have never been a woman to fuss with my appearance - but the look of my neck and (yikes) "jowIs" started to bother me.
I did my research, chose Dr. Loftus, and sett up a consultation. I scheduled a facelift for a few months ahead to give myself time to change my mind. I didn't. The actual surgery was easy, as was the recovery. I used no pain medication post proceedure and experienced little (if any) discomfort. Sleeping with my head elevated was the most difficult part (which should tell you something). Three weeks out I look great, feel great, and have been recommending this to everyone.
Most importantly for this review - I highly recommend Dr. Loftus and her entire team. I could go on and on about them, but suffice it to say they provided me with the best possible experience. I have complete confidence in them.
Against all odds, I enjoyed this!

Excellent experience, terrific outcome, happy woman!
I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Loftus at the age of 73, and it's one of the best decisions I ever made for myself. Dr. Loftus is a compassionate listener and very willing to take her time with her clients, and I am a beneficiary of that. Those characteristic strengths also lead to the one and only drawback: wait times for appointments can be very long. I don't know how to fix that. The cause is excellence and superb attention, which makes it a perplexing problem!

Overall Amazing Experience
After a warm welcome, Dr. Loftus and her team educated me on my procedure, as well as pre and post op. I was very relaxed knowing all the information in advance, in addition to the informative website. Day of procedure was very easy, with no discomfort. I would repeat my experience with the Loftus team again in a heartbeat.

A Cut Above the Rest!
It can't be understated how incredible Dr. Loftus and her entire team are! From the waiting room to the pre-op to the OR, they were kind and put me at ease. They worked with my schedule to make sure I could get my procedure done--nowhere else would have done it with the time constraints I had. And the best part is that I finally have the results I've been wanting for years! As one of the staff put it, Dr. Loftus has a gift.

Overall Great Experience
Dr. Loftus and her team were fantastic. I originally got saline breast implants in 2006 with another doctor. 14 years later, my breast were hard (capsular contracture) and distorted looking. I came to Dr. Loftus looking to replace my saline with silicone and resolve the CC. I am so happy with the results! I cannot say enough about Dr. Loftus and everyone in her office, including Jodi, Roz and the entire operating staff. They were extremely attentive, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them and am so happy with my results!

Day one, the entire team welcomes you and puts you at ease. Surgery can be a tough choice but leaving the office post-consultation, I felt confident and ready. The appointments leading up to surgery only further this feeling as your questions, concerns, ideas are discussed.
Dr. Loftus has an incredible mind. During your appointments, you can see her mapping out the best route to the results you want. Her technique and explanations make it clear you are in great hands. Pre-op, surgery and post-op are a breeze as the team completely preps you for every scenario.
I'm now two weeks post-op and my recovery is going amazing. My results are already unbelievable and I could not be happier to have gone with Dr. Loftus and her team. Most importantly, I can't believe how seamless it all went.
I could not recommend them more. They consider everything and make the process easy. What more could you ask for?

Wonderful experience all around!
As a fellow physician, I was apprehensive to take time away from work/family and put my trust in a new team. I am truly thankful that I went for it and had breast augmentation and abdominoplasty after 3 C-sections and breastfed babies had changed my body immensely. My procedure was a breeze and the recovery has been surprisingly easy! Dr. Loftus and her team were excellent in every way - professional, empathetic and accommodating.

Very comforting staff made the experience great
Having done much research on the labiaplasty procedure and after the consultation, I felt that I was in good hands and comfortable with my decision to have Dr. Loftus perform the procedure. She educated me on the different types of procedures and which would be best for me personally, and on the day of my surgery she walked me through the entire thing step by step so I was aware of what she was doing. Staff is easy to get ahold of and they are more than willing to help get any questions answered.

Repeat Customer VERY HAPPY with results, doctor and staff!
This was a 2nd surgery for breast augmentation with lift this time. 13 years after 1st surgery of only the aug. So very happy with results, Dr. Loftus and staff. She really does take all the time she needs with you every visit and ensures you know all the information that you need. The results of my breast aug/lift are wonderful and I could not be happier. I would, and I do recommend her to anyone who asks. You won't go wrong with Dr. Loftus.

BEST DOCTOR EVER EXPERIENCED
Dr. Loftus is a woman of true skill, compassion and concern. She is everything in a doctor you are looking for. First, she did an amazing job on my breast reduction. She listens so tentatively, with true concern for every question. By far, she is the most elaborate doctor I have ever encountered. She is thorough & honest. She will take the time to address any concern or question you have. At all times, I felt comfortable and in great hands. She gave me a hug every time we met, showing her true genuine care for her patients assuring me that everything would go perfect. She was right. Right after my surgery, she came out to greet my family and make them feel comforted that everything went great & told them I looked perfect. DR. LOFTUS IS THE BEST.

~ This is a medical family ~
I visited Dr. Loftus for a breast augmentation. Due to a prior medical condition my healing took a little longer than I had hoped. NEVER was I made to feel like I was burdening these ladies in the office or Dr. Loftus on her off hours. I knew she had my best interests and safety at heart. I cannot thank these ladies enough and I also cannot recommend them enough. I am so happy with the end result. If you want a medical family instead of a medical team, this is the place to go !
