Great doctor
Overall from the check in at the front desk to the interaction with Dr. Agarwal it was a great experience. Dr. Agarwal was really detailed in his explanations and took his time in his assessment. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to see an ENT specialist.

Had issue with hearing aids, was with ears, took care of today
Thought my hearing aids were acting up. Saw Elizabeth who tested them, looked in my ears and said it was wax build up. She checked and an MD had an open appt. in 20 minutes. Dr. Agarwal was great and cleaned my ears in same visit. Very pleased overall.

Very professional and thorough with exam.
I found the provider to be professional and very efficient. I was in dire need of seeing an ENT that day and the staff found me an appointment within two hours of my initial call. Upon arriving at the office, their check in process/payment was very easy .

He was so patient with my 5 yr old! We have been to 2 other ENTS and due to emergency circumstance I found him and I am so grateful. He is a godsend. He took my daughter's tube out and I will be forever grateful! Thank you Dr Agarwal! You are the best Doctor!!!!

Overall fine
Overall it was a good visit but it took too long. We spent more than an hour and 20 minutes for a simple hearing test with ear wax cleaning for my son. It was waiting to be called into the room. Once we were in the room it was more waiting. And than waiting for the hearing test and then waiting for the doc to come back to talk to us. And then waiting for a school note. All the waiting did a simple visit was uncalled for. Our time is just as valuable as your time
