Dr Agarwal is very professional and conscientious
Dr Agarwal listened and clearly explained what he wanted to do at this visit. He performed a procedure very cautiously and carefully. Dr Agarwal completed the procedure which took some time and succeeded . I felt relieved and relaxed thereafter. I liked his bedside manner and professionalism. I’m glad I found him.

Very informative & very caring environment!
Dr. Jay... is a compassionate & well informed doctor! Dr. Argawal explains all medical terms in a layman fashion which affords one the opportunity to understand fully the diagnosis! He also spends quality time explaining the procedures that he is performing!

Excellent!
I had a great experience today being a new patient. I did not have to wait long at all before being seen. The nurse (and doctor) was extremely knowledgeable took their time answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommended Dr. Jay Agarwal!

Extremely professional and very helpful.
Both visits: January 25th and follow-up Feb. 4th were very helpful. The doctor indicated a bit of concern regarding the handling of my ear issue by a doctor at the "Doctor's Office-Urgent Care" in Paramus. Does the Dr. consider the matter serious enough to be brought to the attention of the appropriate "authority?" (I am not suggesting anything like a malpractice action). Will follow your advice on this. Thank you very much.
