Always a pleasurable experience
I’ve been seeing Dr. Zuk for the last yr and it always a calming experience. I needed an emergency stent and he came to my rescue at the ER as the on-call urologist that day. I then had further follow up appts with him where we discussed surgery options, I was impressed with his patience to explain everything to me several times and go into detail, he even made sketches that were super helpful, when I asked questions. I was never rushed or pushed into making decisions, and his confidence level as a surgeon squashed any doubts I had about having to undergo a scary operation. He didn’t even bat an eye when I pulled out a legal pad full of questions for our up-coming surgery date and took the time to calm my fears & anxiety that day. He knows what he’s doing and I felt safe most importantly. He has a great talent for making you feel comfortable in a professional manner, super patient and calming, & makes you feel cared for as a Important Patient not just another medical file. ‘5 Dr stars’

As best as could be expected
I was pretty stressed about a vasectomy going into it. Very “uncomfortable” situation for many guys, mentally and physically. Dr Zuk did a great job talking me through it, keeping me calm, helping manage the fear associated with the procedure. Very little pain next day. Feels more like a pulled groin, than getting kicked in the junk. No moment of major pain during or after the procedure. Was easier than having a tooth pulled!

I had my appointment changed twice. I understand surgeries can make this happen. I had to wait in the lobby waiting room for an hour after arriving. I was satisfied with my appointment with Dr Zuk. I felt as if he listened and cared about me. I scheduled with him for next year.
