Professional. Staff makes you comfortable to ask questions making certain that your experience is safe and ckclean.
A friend of mine suggested this facility and Dr. O'Donnell in particular as he was very pleased with his experience. I too am pleased with procedures thus far and feel safe and comfortable in this office. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any questions that I have. Thanks for your professionalism!

From the first phone call, to the first visit and then the actual procedure was a pleasant experience. The wait time is always less than 5 minutes, the staff not only makes you feel welcome but you feel like an old friend visiting. Dr. O'Donnell knows her stuff lol. She has wonderful bedside manner and simply GREAT at what she does. Look no further this is the office and Doctor for you! The absolute best decision I ever made. Thank you Dr.O’Donnell!

I could no be happier. No more pain in my legs.
I came into this scared and there was no reason to be. Everything went great. A large improvements with my legs. The staff was great. Always cheerful, attentive and helpful. They practiced a high standard of safety due to the Covid-19. Very impressive.
I will definitively be coming back!

Pleasant experience would recommend
Came in for my first Botox injections. Providers were very friendly, did not feel rushed, good one-on-one explanation of procedure. I was seen quickly and made very comfortable.

I came to O'donnell Vein and laser today for a cosmetic consult. I was highly educated by one of the cosmetic nurses. I scheduled an appointment for a laser treatment and I am very much looking forward to it! - Will keep updated threw treatments.

Really good at what she does
Dr. O'Donnell is extremely competent in her craft, however for someone who has never done procedures like this she was really cold in the exam rooms. Her nursing staff were more engaging and warm.
