Extremely professional staff
Dr. Tsai clearly explains everything the patient needs to know and is a wonderful advocate for his patients. His office is staffed with kind nurses and receptionists who are always available to respond to your questions. Dr. Johnson, the anesthesiologist, is very professional and cordial, offering a much needed sense of calm just prior to having a procedure done. I am very happy to recommend Dr. Tsai if you ever need any Ob+Gyn procedures performed.

The Best
He made me feel very comfortable and I understood what was going on with me. Everyday he visited me in the hospital and answered any of my questions. I love him to pieces and will not change him for nobody. DR.Tsi is very compassionate about what he do is very knowledgeable.

I had a large uterine fibroid tumor removed from my body through myomectomy surgery done by Dr. Tsai.
As a woman of God, who has great faith in The One and True Living God, Jesus Christ, I kept in prayer and faith that my Lord would redeem me and heal me of these Fibroid Tumors. And, as a miraculous God that He is, He sent me under Dr. Tsai's care. The Lord guided Dr. Tsai's hands in providing major surgery in myomectomy procedure to remove large tumors from my uterus. Thanks be to The Lord, Dr. Tsai and his staff made my procedure and recovery go smoothly. I received detailed information on my condition and what to expect and, even though the Doctor braved me for the worst, such as a possible hysterectomy, The Lord had him spare my uterus and just remove the tumors. Glory be to JESUS CHRIST!! I'm so appreciative to the NYC Fertility Center for great care and recovery. Dr. Tsai checked on me twice a day while in the hospital and he even called me when I got discharged to my home. He has a sense of humor and a caring heart with wonderful patient bedside manner. Thank you NYC Fertility!

Awesome Service
The staff with the inclusion of the front desk, to the nurses were very amazing. Always very flexible and very attentive to my needs and concerns.They are all very welcoming. In addition Lainie RN, extremely helpful at any time of the day. Always respond to my emails/or concerns even on her day off.

THE BEST DR EVER!!!!!!!! GOT PREGNANT AFTER FIRST VISIT
I have been trying for the past year on my journey toward motherhood with a total of 4 prior unsuccessful IUI's with another Dr at a different fertility facility. A family friend referred me to Dr Tony Tsai and at first I was skeptical but as I did more research I decided to give him a shot using his services for my 5th IUI procedure. I was at the point of giving up hope and being label as infertile and planning my next plan of action toward motherhood (ie: adoption, surrogate, or even thinking about giving up on the possibility of motherhood altogether).
Upon receiving my first positive blood work and hearing the words "You're pregnant", I was still in disbelief and wondering if in fact it was a false pregnancy or too early to "really" tell. After my sonogram the following week and hearing that I was in fact pregnant but also pregnant with twins, I instantly began to cry. When Doli asked if I wanted to hear the heartbeat, that just took my breath away. This was finally real to me!!!

Strongly reccommend Dr Tsai
I'm 38, obese, have PCOS, have low AMH, and have egg quality issues. The New York Fertility Center is the third clinic I've gotten treatment from and at this stage in the game, things didn't look promising. Today, I am 9 weeks pregnant with twins who are both thriving. That's a genuine miracle stemming from the teamwork and care I received from Dr Tsai, his wonderful nurses Lainie and Angel, and the rest of his team. I'm extremely grateful to have found Dr Tsai and will be grateful for the rest of my (now changed) life.

Positive vibe among all staffs
Dr.Tsai and his nurses are great. The one that took care of me through out my cycle was Lanie and she was amazing. Very thorough on steps. Knowledgeable and professional. Although, the waiting time took longer than our expectation, we are thankful for the staffs for their services. Need to be patience on the procedure and the treatment. Overall, it was a long journey but we made it. Thanks.

Excellent experience all around.
Dr. Tsai is extremely gentle, reliable and professional. My husband and I were having difficulty conceiving for number of years. After meeting Dr. Tsai, within a short period of time, he was able to find and pin point the problem, plan a treatment and now we are pregnant. Dr. Tsai has an excellent team of staff. All extremely helpful and professional. We couldn't be more happier.

After trying for many years to get pregnant, we were recommended to Dr. Tsai from a few couples. He's very attentive and gives a personalized approach. His listened to ALLLL of my concerns and questions. He gave me a tailored drug protocol based on my situation. His staff is very down to earth and friendly. They all went above and beyond and helped make this IVF process easier and an overall good experience. Thank you to all of them! I became pregnant on my 1st IVF cycle! : )

It has been an amazing journey with Dr Tsai
My experience with Dr Tsai has been so amazing. He is someone you can trust and be comfortable around. He does make miracles happen and he knows exactly what he is doing. I am so glad i was able to find someone like him. I cant forget to mention how supportive his team was as well they took great care of me. Very Happy With My Experience
During my time with Dr. Tsai he and his staff were avery thoughtful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout my IVF process. Dr. Tsai was caring and guided me throughout the process. His staff was also very supportive and encouraging throughout my journey. Today I have a beautiful daughter thanks to Dr. Tsai and his team. i would highly recommend Dr. Tsai as my daughter would not be possible without him.

Amazing Team
This office was an absolute amazing experience. The staff was caring and gentle throughout the entire process they truly became invested in us. Dr.Tsai is truly the best person to have on your side. He will look at every piece of information and come up with the best plan possible. New york best fertility doctor
after seeing different doctors in the past with 3 ivf transfer,our family friend recommended doctor tony tsai. I was able to get pregnant after 8 years. Dr.tsai takes his time to explain things and is truly caring and attentive during your time there. I'm glad that i found him. And i would be not going somewhere else from now owen's.

Amazing Dr. with amazing Staff
Dr. Tsai was amazing, gave me the confidence I needed! the staff at the New York Fertility was great. helped me out with everything I needed to know. I now have a healthy baby boy. I want to thank Dr.Tsai and all his staff for the wonderful experience that I had from them! I am going back for my second time :)

Exceptional MD, definitely someone you can trust
Dr. Tsai provided the most thorough explanations I have received. He is willing to help in any way possible, taking extensive amounts of time to thoroughly explain all that is involved in fertility success. Dr. Tsai, and nurses Lainie and Jenny leave no questions unanswered. The sonographer Diane is highly professional. We came out of Dr. Tsai's office feeling completely understood and having clear instructions on how to proceed. This is definitely the doctor to trust with any concerns regarding fertility.

my name is bilkis biaou i m 37 years old from benin in west Africa i have been trying to have a baby since 17 years most of the Doctors in my country even here in USA in Maryland shady Grove told to my husband and i that i couldn t conceive because i had an atrophy uterus as 8 years girl uterus it was nt easy for me at all but in october 2018 i met Doctor Tsai and just told me let work together as a joke a can even beleive him the first day! and he explain me that we have to exercise my uterus and we did it till october 2019 and he finally made the transfer on november 2nd 2019 and today i m 6 weeks succesful pregnant i m so happy because i just heard my little boo first ultrasound or heartbeat thank you so much Doctor Tsai for being my angel you wipes all my tears god bless you!

great doctor i would recommend to anyone.
me and my wife had a great experience with this fertility center, All the staff member were friendly to us and take time to explain to us when we needed. they will always return your call the same day if they can't answer the phone in time. Doctor Tsai is very experienced and gentle to us. All my wife's surgical procedure were successful.
