Had an xray to follow up to surgery. The staff over on Bilby road was very kind and quick. Never even had to wait. Tech was very good with helping me on and off the table.

Keith made this scan go very well. I've had an MRI once before (at a hospital) where I was nervous, and couldn't wait to get out of the machine. Keith made me feel welcome, calm, and I was very relaxed while in the machine - a total 180 from my other experience years ago. Keith is a great asset to your company - very good bedside manner!

This appointment was a call back for additional image. I have no problem with the techs. They were very kind and efficient. That's why I'm still giving this appointment a 5 star. However, something else can be said of their receptionists. I waited 15minutes in the lobby. There was onyl me and another patient. It was not busy at all.It was only when the tech came out to check if I was in that the receptionist took notice of me.The reception [people were just chatting and laughing and did not let the tech know of my arrival. Again I am happy with the mammo tech but not the reception people.

This is my first time here and it's a diagnostic exam. I was so nervous, still am. But the tech was very comforting and she is very knowledgeable. The doctor was not available but Maria promised to call me as soon as my exam is reported. Thank you.
