Incredible Consultation
I have had two FUT procedures in the past (not in the Phoenix area) and was looking for an office to do a third. Have spoken with several Drs and assistants for recommendations and fees.
The experience with Dr Friedman, David McKenna, and the staff was exceptional! They took much more time than I expected and were completely transparent in their recommendation and pro/cons of other treatments. Most impressive was the length of tenure of the staff. Virtually no turnover after many years.

From the front desk to the the nurses and Dr. This is one of the best medical providers Ive ever been too,

Good all around experience
Having one through this twice before, I found the doctor and staff gave great service and made a real effort to answer questions and anticipate problems. Will be back next year.

Stood out among the crowd
I met with other doctors and companies. They either couldn't be bothered to give me a quality pre-visit or talked down the competition with a "we know better" air. I didn't trust them.
Dr. Friedman took the time to give me an honest, in-depth diagnosis and was thorough and sincere in his explanations. Gave his honest opinion, but never made me feel forced into a choice. I felt he cared about the best results, nothing else. I put my trust him and couldn't be happier with the results!

The MASTER of Hair Restoration
Dr. Friedman is a lovely soul, an artist and a craftsman. He runs a great business supporting people's desire to be the best they can be. His staff is loyal, well trained, deeply experienced and very kind. We flew in to Arizona just to have hair restoration at the Scottsdale Institute. You cannot do better. You will be in experienced hands. And the procedure is an amazing feat of artistry and medical science. Look no further than Scottsdale Institute.

Experience counts!
Dr Friedman has been doing hair restoration for over 30 years. I've learned that experience is one of the most important factors in choosing a doctor. It's so comforting to know that he's done tens of thousands of these procedures. My procedure went smoothly and was much easier than I thought it would be. Would highly recommend him for anyone considering hair restoration.

A life-changing experience
I was very self-conscious about my hair loss, and dreading what I knew was coming based on family history. Dr. Friedman provided me with the opportunity to slow down the clock, and he restored a lot of self-confidence in my appearance that translated into many other areas of my life. He was realistic, scientific, and fair in his explanations, time, and clinical service. I recommend Dr. Friedman's team and I was happy with my experience. His staff was professional and knowledgeable. Recommended.

Hair Loss
I relocated to AZ from TN. My provider in TN researched and recommended Dr. Friedman. During my initial visit the staff was very helpful. I had my first PRP treatment 6 months ago and they changed my laser therapy. I am back for my second treatment and have been treated warmly upon my arrival.

just an excellent place!
Have been dealing with Scottsdale Institute for about four years as I purchased my laser cap here. Everyone I have dealt with has been excellent, and going above and beyond. Dave would respond to my queries on weekends, evening, etc. Just completed my transplant, and now waiting for the results. I know if I have any issues, all I have to do is call. Dr. Friedman
is an excellent surgeron, and the staff are the best. Thanks so very much!

Professional, extreme knowledge and kind
Dr. Friedman and staff were professional and took the time to sit with me not only during my initial visit but follow up. I was not expecting how thorough they were. Dave was very clear with my options and even addressed my concerns to Dr. Friedman. They even took the time off their busy schedule to get back to me. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman's office to anyone interested in knowing their options when it comes to hair loss.

The experience at Dr Friedman office was phenomenal. The staff is very nice and respectful, Dr Friedman was very informative and answered all the doubts and questions i had. Great experience, the staff and Dr. Friedman are tremendously knowledgeable and encouraging. If you haven't seen a hair loss specialist for your condition, do yourself a favor and forget everything you know and come talk with the experts. I used to think hair restoration or hair loss prevention that actually works was out of my reach until I came in they explained all possible options.

Great, warm experience
