It went well
Kirsten and Miranda were wonderful. The staff is usually always helpful in person, however, upon calling the clinic...I sometimes don't get a response and sometimes get treated like I am not being heard/listened too about attempting to handle appointments.
I know my body, and if it tells me that its time for an ablation, well, then it's time! My requests on the phone for this usually gets me nowhere and leaves me hanging in pain unnecessarily when help is available.
I hope someone reads this and understands that I have lived over 27 years in chronic, crippling, depressing pain, and Dr. Chad knows I respond well to the ablations. He told me to call when I felt it was time. The people who do get back to me blow this off leaving me feeling hung out to dry.
Other than this issue, the atmosphere in person is wonderful. I try to look past the internal office power struggles and focus on what's most important in the world, and that is my quality of life.
