Dr. Milne is truly meant to be a vascular surgeon. He took his time with my consultation to answer all of my questions and did an excellent job on my vein surgery, I really could not be happier with my results. Dr. Milne' staff was also so helpful, friendly, and professional, my entire experience from start to finish was more than I could have expected it to be.

I am so please with the results.
I had a sclerotherapy with Dr. Milne and I am so please with the results. His work is spectacular. From start to end, the consultation was informative, his staff is so welcoming, friendly and responsive to all questions. I genuinely believe Dr Milne is one best surgeon in Sacramento, as this was my first surgical procedure in general I was very anxious and worried but him and his team made the process very smooth and easy, he exceeded my expectations and overall I am very pleased with the outcome of my vein surgery.

It was truly the best experience.
I had laser ablation surgery and was very skeptical in getting it done. It was truly the best experience I had with Dr. Milne. His knowledge, skill, expertise, compassionate, caring, humbleness is just beyond words. He put my mind at ease when going through the whole process. Post op if I had any questions he would respond within minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Milne and will be returning.

My results are unbelievable!
Dr. Milne performed a venous ablation on me in December of 2020. Every bit of the experience was amazing. The ladies that work in his office are kind and patient and helpful. I never had to wait past any appointment times. He is so patient and kind it makes you feel much safer (which you are, his skill is incredible). My results are unbelievable, far better than I dreamed they could be.

He exceeded my expectations.

My experience from start to finish was AMAZING!!!! All of the staff were professional, kind, helpful and always available to answer any questions I had, I had venous ablation surgery and am BEYOND thrilled with the results. I would encourage anyone thinking about any vein procedures to go see Dr. Milne!!!!

Dr. Milne is awesome.
Dr. Milne is awesome. I didn't realize how bad my legs were until he performed surgery on one leg and the other one was waiting for surgery. I felt like I was dragging around a lame leg. Now that both legs are done, I feel so energetic and feel like I'm 20 years younger! I have been recommending Dr. Milne to everyone who needs vein surgery. He's the best!!

He is by far the best.
I recently went in to get a professional opinion on a vein on my leg that was bothering me and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Milne. He is by far the best. Very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and his optimistic attitude definitely leaves you feeling confident. Thank you Dr. Milne and staff for treating me so good and making my procedure a success.

Great doctor.
Great doctor. Been going to his clinic for almost 5 years now. Doctor is very polite and takes the time to address and questions or concerns. The receptionist has been there since I've started going to the clinic and she's always friendly and very helpful while managing to juggle a very busy office. Medical staff is great-polite and helpful. All around a great office to visit.

Talented doctor with a great bedside manner. This doctor truly cares about patients and the quality of their lives. His clinic followups are such an important part of recovery so don't complain too much if he is running behind a scheduled appointment. This means he is taking the time to conduct a proper "follow up". I wish there were more surgeons like Dr. Milne. Skilled and compassionate combined are hard to come by. This doctor is both.

Highly recommend!!!
I had varicose vein surgery two days ago and it went amazingly. I went home a few hours after surgery and didn’t need to take any pain meds! Everything looks clean and is healing well. Highly recommend!!!

I am more then happy with the results.
I saw Dr. Milne for an issue with varicose veins and I have to say, I am more then happy with the results of having “new legs”. Dr. Milne was very helpful and polite, he also took the time to explain everything to me. It made me feel very confident and secure to be treated by him. A friend was also seen by him and was also very satisfied with her “new legs”. I would highly recommend Dr. Milne!

Dr Milne was amazing. I have been going to so many doctors for months trying to get an explanation for various pain and chronic issues I am having and he immediately was able to give me answers, detailed explanations and a variety of solutions that will help me.
