Good experience overall
My daughter woke up and could not see , dr Mugavin got me in the same day for an emergency appointment , where she was taken care of , and started on medication .
Not out of the woods yet , but two weeks later she can see , and he seems to be a genuinely caring person .
Would recommend the kumar institute to anyone with complicated vision problems .

Very good physician. Solved problem in one visit. Ill be back!
Had Cellulitis in my eye. After going to my family practitioner and taking doxycyclene for awhile with no results I wanted to see a opthalmologist. Dr. Mugavin got me in the same day and identified and cured the problem.

Through careful exam, he is dedicated to details.
The overall experience was pleasant. While the bright lights and test maybe intimidating the atmosphere allows for finding a calm comfortable experience. the Staff does not feel rushed, and take priority on spending the time for detailed exam.

Excellent Care!
Came for chronic dry eye, doctor was thorough, listened, extremely professional, and nice! After two visits the doctor solved my problem! No more eye drops!
