i live in lithonia and the drive is well worth it for the service
i went for what i thought was a quick refill. During my visit, i got the most thorough exam, spent undivided attention with the doctor and all my concerns were addressed. It was during this visit, I had further follow up which showed other hidden problems that have never been caught.
The office staff is very friendly, very flexible with scheduling and just an amazing experience.
I am very happy to be a patient here.

Thankful
I'm so glad that I found a good Dr that accepts my medicaid and as I sit With Dr. Wu and talked to him I know he really cares about my health and life and I look forward to build a relationship with him and the other employee's.

I thought I was going to have the worst news ever
Dr. Wu is amazing. He could tell that I was very nervous, and I had test results that gave me reason. He looked at the results and then explained to me why I had nothing to worry about. He went into very good detail as to what is wrong. Looking at the root of my problem vs the symptom of my problem. He was willing to listen to my needs but most of all listened to my emotions. Grateful for his insights.

One of the only doctors I've trusted in years.
I am a first time patient with Dr.Changchun but I can honestly say I have not trusted a doctor more since my pediatrician. I came in for a refill of a medication and while here the doctor accurately identified 10 other symptoms I've been having for years that I was tired of bringing up. Most other doctors look a me like I'm crazy when I list numerous things, mostly because of my age. I am so happy to have found a doctor who listens so intently and is willing to spend time with his patients. I was not rushed in or out, and my waiting time was not long despite this. I really feel lucky to have found him.

The staff are very kind. Sometimes they are difficult to understand.
The provider is very kind and is intentional about including you in decision making and explaining things in understandable terms. He did seem a little too sure about my diagnosis before really knowing all my symptoms though so I am a little wary and will probably look for a second opinion as well. He seemed a little too quick to tell me what I had. But all in all a good experience. Great bedside manner.

Never in my medical history have i ever had such a kind a caring doctor. Before meeting with Dr Wu I had so many stresses, questions and concerns about my health condition. His calm, caring and great listening approach really put me at ease. I'm so thankful to have found him and would highly recommend him!

Dr. Wu is great he is very good t explaining to where you understand. the staff is kind and very friendly and ready to help. i have never been to a dr. that will answer the phone and talk to me and address my concerns on the phone as soon as i call. they are great here.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
The knowledge i was provided and the services from everyone in the building was something i wish everyone could experience. I felt very welcome and comfortable. I felt like i was visiting family. A different kind of experience
Everyone at the office was very friendly, and I felt like they wanted to take care of me. Dr. Wu was not like any doctor I've been to. He asked me to tell him about how I usually feel, and by listening carefully he was able to tell me things that I hadn't even thought to mention. He was determined to get to the root of the problem rather than quickly giving me a prescription and moving me along. I feel like my visit was worthwhile. Thank you!

Came in with quick summation of issue and how to resolve it. Explained this to me slowly and accurately.
The doctor came in and introduced himself. I was given a quick synopsis of his practice and how he believe patients need to be treated. He listened to my symptoms and asked some follow up questions. Gave me his diagnosis as a two layered problem. He then begin explaining to me the various options I had for treatment as well as explaining what certain procedures could cost. Overall this doctor seems to care about his patients and their long term health instead of just treating them.

Amazing Visit Very Impressed
Today was my first visit with Dr Wu and i am very impress with him. The time he spent with me actually listening to my concerns won me over. Usually a doctor is in out of your room in 5.5 seconds only treating your problem but not attacking the source. Dr Wu not only listen he gave me options and set up a very detail plan to actually fix my problems. His office staff was very pleasant and the wait time was under 15 mins. I am totally claiming Dr Wu as my new family doctor.
